Subway — Restaurant in Hales Corners

Update: store hours are not correct. They say they open at 9am but they mean someone is there at 9am. They are NOT available to serve at 9am. Unlike most businesses that are available and ready at the time they say I’d highly suggest not bothering until at least 9:30am. This is a highly annoying practice that has inconvenienced me more than one morning. Please change your hours to reflect an actual availability so people don’t waste their time coming a little after 9 then having to change plans. It’s seriously not difficult to wake up 15-20 minutes earlier to be at work and available when your store hours say you are available

As a store they do just fine with customer service. Store is clean and workers do their job just fine. Prices at subway seem to have more than doubled over the last couple years while other local sub options have stayed similar or only increased a small amount. Just my perception but the low cost is generally what kept me coming back. It’s just gone up too much...

Ok, not only is the staff super rude and degrading. I ordered a 6inch veggie delite. VEGGIE DELITE. Please keep that in mind...i get lettuce , spinach...but wait, "sorry no spinach" So i ask if i can get double the amount of lettuce , due to there location NOT having spinach. I was rudely told no. I inquired; rationalization was... " if walmart didn't have a white shirt, would you get a black one for that price?" I am literally dumbfounded....honestly the patrons they have... may have never been to an ACTUAL subway. Go down the street to the other one. You will get not only your moneys worth, yet a fulfilling meal minus...

The two people that are usually working at this Subway are the most friendly and greatest people to deal with. I have never had a better experience at a subway, and I have never had a bad experience with this particular Subway. I would recommend going to the Subway or using the subway for catering to anyone who asked me. This has been my favorite sibling for a few years now and I hope that the employees stay the same or keep the same level of customer service so it will be my favorite Subway for many years...
