Very very VERY rude customer service. Oh i forgot to mention they discriminate too!! I went in today to buy one item that i had on hold. I got there after 24 hours so i understand that they had to put it back on the floor. I went around the store and came to find some really good deals. I thought i was going to use my coupon as well as my kohls cash (i really thought that today was the 9th). I came to check out and i handed the cashier my coupons and she said they were not valid til tomorrow february 9th. Haha silly me! She was kind though. She told me to got to customer service and put it on hold. I went down there. And i asked the lady to put my stuff on hold so i could come back tomorrow and use my kohls cash. She said that they were not doing that anymore. They were not putting things on hold that are on clearance. I was like, “since when?” She’s like, “since just now. My upper management told me?” I asked her if i could speak to the upper management and to my surprise she says its her. 😂 i was like so you just came up with this idea after seeing me?? She goes like no no my general manager told me when i got in today. I asked her if i could speak to the general manager she goes like no she is not in and she wont be in until next week. 🤬🤬🤬 my 2 boys started running around and yelling at each other so i just left the stuff i had on the counter and left without saying anything. Oh i forgot to add. I had this bracelet on. I was going to buy it. When i came to that lady she kept looking at my hand like i was going to steal freaking $2 worth of bracelet!!! She said her name was Cassie)) but she looked so nice the first time i saw her though. I guess she hates people who is trying to save. This place needs to change some of its employees starting with the upper management. This is not my first time being discriminated and all so its time to get in...

Before you step into the store or if you already made that mistake of purchasing without checking their price here's a bit of a tip.
Always check and compare the price of the item to the internet. For example: Sky Rider drone (silver) $59.99 was $129.99. Online at Kohls for $29.99. Samsung 40in. 1080P LED TV 60hz $264.99 was $529.95. Online at Kohls for $158.99.
Now you can take my word or see for yourself the tricks of a soon to topple conglomerate like Kohl's. Dont let them fool you, they think since you have the money you won't check because your pride is too important.
Additionally I dare you to find ONE ITEM in their store on VETERANS DAY that isn't excluded from their (30%) off promotion. They list 90% of their store as not applicable to the sale. Sad day to all those Veterans, like myself, when stores think so little of our intelligence. Its absolutely disgusting to think companies like this feel the need to line their pockets by taking advantage of Veterans on the very day meant to pay tribute to them.
Shop at honorable stores such as Target that actually give out 10% discounts on everything without the exclusivity tricks.

I was second in line for checkout and the lady in front of me got tired of waiting and walked up to two idle customer service employees and asked if they could check her out. They declined and told her she had to go wait in line. The customer service lady then said she could take the next person in line after telling the first lady she couldn't check her out. We told the customer service lady that the women she just declined to help was first in line. She refused to believe us and told me I was first in line. I went up to check out in utter disbelief at what was happening. The lady told me to swipe my card and when I did, I calmly told the lady that the card reader said it had lost connection to the point of sale system. Then, for zero reason at all, she told me: Okay just calm down and swipe your card." I looked at her stunned and said firmly, " I think you need to calm down. All I was doing was telling you what the card reader said. " She looked at me with a dumbstruck look and then didn't say anything else about it the rest of the transaction.
