Please take the time to read this review in full to see exactly what kind of franchise this is. First of all, I ordered my food online at 6:10 PM. See picture below. I arrived at 6:15. It said my food would be ready at 6:17. I waited until 655 and went inside because at this point I thought it was ridiculous that I had waited over 40 minutes for my food When I went inside. I told the girl at the register that I had been waiting for nearly 50 minutes for my food and no one had brought it out to me. She went over and realized my food was sitting there waiting. She brought it over to me. I reached in and felt my food because I knew that it probably was not hot by this point. I touched the onion rings and they were cold not even room temperature but cold to touch. I asked to speak to a manager. This older lady I believe her name was Wendy was very unprofessional when I explained to her what had happened. She didn’t even apologize. Her only excuse was three of her kitchen employees had called off. She says they were running behind and that she could make my order again for me Fresh. I asked her how long that would take. She then informed me she could make it a priority, but she could not give me a time because they were so far behind and very busy. I asked her what my other option was and she set a refund. After working 12 hours, I decided just to take the refund and go Home. As I started to walk away with the food, she informed me that I could not take the food because she had refunded me. She says I couldn’t have both. Are you kidding me? I asked her what she was going to do with the food, she said, throw it away. She said if I wanted to keep the food, she could ring me up again, but I would have to pay for it. Pay for cold food? At this point this manager thinks it’s more important to make a customer who is waited at this point an hour for their food Repay for food that should have been brought out 55 minutes ago. I literally could not believe my ears. What kind of franchise owner teaches their managers how to treat customers in a situation like this? The right thing would have been to refund the full order and let me take the cold food that I waited at this point an hour for. But this manager thought it was more important to tell me that she would have to recharge me for the food that she is just going to throw away and make me even more unhappy than to do the right thing. This is unacceptable on every level. I will make sure that I do not return to this location and I will make sure that I share my experience with anyone who will listen when your restaurant is brought up. It’s sickens me to think how many times I have been to this franchise, and this is the respect and courtesy that I am shown? Beside the fact that half of the staff upfront look like They shouldn’t even be working in this location. Employees with Pink colored hair or hair in long braids or dreadlocks that isn’t even pulled back array from their face or in a hairnet. So many employees just standing around up front talking in their slang I thought I was in the hood for a moment. There were so many levels of unprofessionalism at this location that it literally made me sick to my stomach. This franchise owner needs to retrain their management team and they need to hire people with class and manners if I want to walk into a restaurant that people are talking like they’re in the hood then I would go to the hood and order food. I do not expect this in my town of Franklin.

I had high hopes for Culver's. Fresh meat. Grilled onions. It was not to be. On the west coast there is In-n-Out. Fresh meat. Fresh potatoes. Fresh buns. Very tasty. I saw a similar opportunity here, plus the upside of frozen custard. So I ordered a sourdough melt. The bread was not tangy. The cheddar was not sharp. Even the grilled onions (which can be the food of the gods) had little flavor. So I took solace in the fact that I got a frozen custard sundae. First, you should know I got my meal to go. By the time I got into my car, a puddle was starting to form in the cup. But that's the problem with soft serve generally, so I don't hold that against them. So I put it in the freezer while I ate my mediocre sandwich. Looking forward to a satisfying dessert, I wondered why the texture was weird on my first bite. Turns out the caramel sauce they use is very grainy. Then I thought, at least they didn't put very much on here. Turns out they put it in the cup before they put the frozen custard in. Very odd way of building a sundae. Ah well, you don't know if you don't try. They do have an extensive menu, and their prices are low, so they do have that going for them.

Absolutely worst Experience ever DONT GO HERE. I WILL BE REPORTING FRANKLIN TN CULVERS TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Going through drive through Sunday night they made a mistake on one item in our order. When I informed her she took the sandwich back, physically touched it and asked for my receipt. She then returned rudely with a young man who was arrogant and rude with the same sandwich open and she had touched it, gave it to me and said it was right. Her finger indentations are literally in the sandwich. The young man was rude arrogant and said he cooked it, it was right and when I asked to speak with a manager these young kids said they would get the manager and left me in my car outside amd refused to deal with the situation. Not only is this Absolutely horrible customer service and Absolutely disgusting and a huge health hazard, red flag and during covid times their, this is unsafe and the health department needs to shut this place down. I also have pictures and recordings. DO NOT GO HERE. Not to mention the young kids working here had no problem dropping Fbombs in front of my children because they were upset people were ordering at 745 when they closed at 8. Absolutely horrible unsafe disgusting experience. DO NOT GO HERE....
