i am a loyal customer, have been for years. so iām quite disappointed to be writing this review. i hadnāt eaten all day. times are tough. everything is so expensive. i decide to treat myself and order through uber eats. it arrives. the bread is beyond soggy, i canāt even pick up the sandwich with my hands. i resolve to deconstruct it and consume with a fork.
an hour or so goes by and my stomach is cramping HORRIBLY. iāve been through my fair share of cramps let me tell you: these were by far the worst.
in the blink of an eye, a split of a second, it hits me. i SPRINT to the bathroom. and oh lord, ever loving jesus, father GOD HOLY GHOST, i grabbed the wall for stability as i felt like i was simultaneously going to unleash the wrath of some food borne illness, out of all available orpheus on my body, while passing out from vertigo and PAIN.
what ensued was a lengthy, violent, turbulent cycle of unleashing, showering to recover, drying off, just to sit back down and do it all again, for h o u r s.
iāve worked in service, hospitality, tons of years of experience in restaurants and quick service establishments. i know just how important food safety is. please please please refresh your workers on these procedures.

Not one said anything or even greeted at us for 3 minutes straight, until actually me, myself as a customer said we're ready to order. When I ordered and received my sub it was cold as ice! It was supposed to be a hot sub with cheese. I took it back and had it redone, made the mistake and said thanks even though the workers never apologized, he just threw it on the counter and said here ya go... Only to figure out when I checked it again, it was even colder than the first one I had prior. It actually had ice crystal's still attached to the steak! And on top of that, my friends subs were prepared all wrong as well! They did not feel like going back to tell the workers like me.. And theres more, to think they couldn't be any more worse. Another guy who ordered after me came in from from outside and said hey you guys got my order wrong! How hard can it actually be to make a proper simple sub! Please avoid at all cost! You will definitely regret it, and I don't want no filmzy half bottomed response from the owner like you did to the rest of your poor treated customers under my current review..Fix the issue with your workers! Its really embarrassing to go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I went to this location for a turkey swiss on white bread. Only lettuce, swiss cheese, spicy mustard and the pickle that's supposed to be on the side. Simple right? I guess not because halfway down the highway (I live in Nashville) I bite into the driest sandwich I've ever had. I open it to find no mustard, swiss on one side of the sandwich and no pickle in sight. Now usually I would've sucked it up but I was extremely hungry so I turned around to take it back and get another sandwich made. To make a long story short they made it wrong AGAIN and forgot to give me a pickle AGAIN. When the guy noticed that I was checking my sandwich and realized he forgot the pickle the throws a mushy pickle on the counter --not in the bag, and not in the box with the sandwich but ON THE COUNTER. He didn't say anything so I picked it up and asked "Is this mine?" to which he replied with a dry and unenthused "yea"... I felt myself getting hot and I didn't want to be the reason some of the other CUSTOMER'S day was ruined. So instead of telling them how to do their job and giving them some customer service tips, I just took the disgracefully made sandwich and left this review. I will never go back.
Oh and the chicken dumpling soup is less...
