I called and ask the store if they had a specific headlight bulb I needed. A woman on the phone named Anita assured me they carried the correct bulb to my car. I drove there shorty after to pick up the bulb, however I realized it was the wrong bulb after I got home so I turned right back around to the store. I made it back to the store about 10 minutes before they closed so that I can exchange it or get a refund. The same lady (Anita) proceeded to close the store early when I showed up, locked the doors on me and put the closed sign right in front of my face. She could have at least just told me to come back the next day. I wasn’t the only customer there either. Other customers were leaving the store and she followed right behind them to lock the door. There was also others pulling into the parking lot. wish I could give a rating lower than a one star because they also made the refund process difficult as well. Don’t recommend...

I wish I could give negative stars but since that's not an option I'll just warn you this store has the smallest, most limited selection of anything it's ridiculous. They don't even seem to care like maybe inquiring "well what are you looking for and not finding?" No it's so bad that if you're a female and try to ask a question it's like you never spoke at all.... the best part is the card reader where you pay doesn't even work properly, and they would rather just tell you oh your cards declined than to try and help you process the payment. I've worked customer service for YEARS and this was just terrible. Guess that's the service you're supposed to expect in the middle of nowhere. 3 men working can't find their head from...

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received at Napa Auto Parts in Frederick, CO, specifically from Patrick. I found myself in a tough spot when my truck wouldn't start, and I happened to pull up to this location after hours. Patrick went above and beyond, taking his personal time to assist me and get my truck running. He was not only kind and considerate but also incredibly informative, explaining the issue and the solution.
