Prairie Greens — Local services in Frederick

I was lucky that I found these reviews before my husband and I purchased a home here. After reading these reviews and going over the prairie greens resident application, it was clear to us that this was a situation we did not want to get ourselves into. Just a ridiculous amount of rules that you are supposed to follow to the point where you don’t even feel like you are buying a home, feels more like you are renting. Especially with the land lease deal, which was odd to begin with. Would not recommend.

Edit: I love how they give mostly the same response to every negative review and then they ask you to contact them. Maybe you should go ahead and look into these issues considering all of the negative reviews you have and quit asking people to call when they have already explained what the problems...

Wost place I've lived hands down. The neighbors are constantly harassing my family about minuscule things. We are not allowed to park in the parking strip in front of the houses, because technically its guest parking. Anytime you are doing anything outside, be aware the neighbors are watching you, and if you are doing something against the huge amount of rules here, they will absolutely take pictures of you doing it. The neighbors will never confront you about such problems, but go straight to the office. I've lived here 4 years and it's been the same the entire time. Complaints can range from the yard having leaves on it, the garage being open too long, or your backyard not looking good. Oh and the office can evict you at any time for...

I thought my experience here was an isolated incident, but after reading other reviews it is very disheartening to see that this type of poor service seems to be a trend. My phone calls are never returned, my issues are never addressed properly and when I do actually get to speak with someone in the office they are rude and try to get me off the phone quickly. I have spoken to both Jeremy and Katrina, and while Katrina tried to help answer my questions ultimately I was transferred to Jeremy who didn't seem like he wanted anything to do with someone wanting to buy a new home.
