I just purchased a 4-piece home office furniture set from PVI Office Furniture, Frederick MD. I purchased online without seeing the furniture. However, Maureen, Sales Associate assured me that the furniture was an excellent condition. Maureen also advised me that the furniture was high quality wood finish. I was blown away by the quality and condition of the furniture when it was delivered on Fri., Oct. 14, 2022. The Delivery Team did an exceptional job. The furniture was wrapped to protect the furniture. The Delivery Team arrived ahead of schedule. The Delivery Team was professional, courteous and advised me that they would arrange furniture to ensure my satisfaction. They also took the time to set-up and clean the furniture. I have so many good things to say about this place. First of all, the furniture is great! We found so many nice pieces for less than half what we were expecting to spend. The delivery staff set everything up for us and they were very nice and the whole process was very fast (less than an hour from when they arrived to when they had assembled everything and put the furniture in place). But honestly, the number one reason to go here is Chastity. She works in sales and I'm pretty sure she is only there on Saturday but she AMAZING!! She helped us find beautiful pieces within our budget and even sat down with us (we are a new small business) to go over our options so many times. She was phenomenal. I know for a fact we will be returning (on a Saturday!) to see her and order furniture for the next office we open. You cannot go wrong with this place. When I went to PVI Office Furniture looking for a chair for my new home office, I happened to mention to the saleswoman, Marlene Tracy, that I had purchased a desk chair from them in 2017 and that the arm had broken. I was not expecting her to do anything about that, but she asked me for details about the chair. She looked into it with the company who manufactured the chair, and arranged for them to send parts to fix the chair, completely free of charge! I brought the chair in and they ordered the replacement parts and repaired it for me. I am so happy to have my chair back!
