Beijing Restaurant — Restaurant in Frederick

I am disappointed to be writing this. As someone who has frequently ordered and referred people to this restaurant I have never had a negative experience such as this one. I have worked in customer service since high school. I do not understand the mentality of making an error and not putting an entree into the bag. Not checking the order is in its entirety before the customer leaves. Then when the customer calls after picking up and getting home to say an item was missing the individual tells the customer “the options are you can either come and pick it up or we can refund your money.” I was really upset and the fact that they didn’t really apologize. Didn’t offer to deliver it because they were “too busy” and “didn’t have time.” I understand being busy however I feel like more could’ve been done to help resolve this. They gave me a Coke when I sent my brother to pick up my missing item from my order because I just got back and was entertaining. Overall just disappointed and wish it were handled better. I just ordered $30 worth of food online tonight (2/27/13) along with a 20% tip and it still took way over an hour to get the cold Chinese food to my door. The driver claimed he had a hard time finding me, and yet no one else has, so that's unacceptable. I checked the food in the bag when it finally got to my front door with my laser-sighted digital thermometer, 100 degrees was the highest temp of anything in the brown bag. So I showed the driver my 9mm and asked him to leave, never again will I order from this bunch, they'll be out of business in less than 6 months.

If you open a new restaurant in this town and put flyers on doors you best be on your A game and deliver in under an hour with hot food, 100 degrees is not hot,...

Great food, very fast delivery service. I have ordered from them multiple times and ordered several different dishes: beef and broccoli, general tso's chicken, general tso's delight and all of the lo meins and it has all been great. I have never received cold food or bad service.

I don't know why anyone would need to chase a delivery driver off your property if you weren't happy with your food, with a gun, Craig Fields. Way to make us gun owners look irresponsible and ignorant. A simple I am not paying probably would...
