The famous beef and cheddar I kept hearing about at the fair was roast beef with 2 cold slices of cheddar cheese. Not what I was expecting. A waste of $8.50. The beef was good. The sourdough bread needed a little more grilling and the cheese needs to be melted. Very disappointed. I will not be visiting this stand again and I will not be trying the restaurant a few miles away from...

The roast beef and cheddar is fantastic. I never knew they had a restaurant, always had these sandwiches at the fair or food truck. I can, and do, enjoy them now whenever I want. Their breakfasts are also great. Beware of the three little pigs omelet, it's a gut buster....
