I had a great experience until today. I paid my payment in full via a link they send pretty consistently. ( I work third) I then went back to sleep to be woken up by a phone call saying I owe an additional 27 for I don't even remember it's never been a thing before tho so I was confused. I ask if it's an additional fee to pay as well and she tells me yes she's sorry the system just does this.... It just gives people the wrong amount ? Im tired but it doesn't feel right to me so I question it? The lady on the other end begins yelling at me to be so for real what didn't seem real about this? I asked her calmly to match my voice level but she wouldn't quit talking loud or talking at all so I match her voice level with it doesn't seem real to have an additional charge all the sudden!? She says just because I yell doesn't mean I'm right? While yelling at me I said I asked you to match my level several times! And hung up. Still in disbelief this is real and not someone trying to scam people I call my dealership to let them know what happened. THE SAME VOICE PICKS UP! So I simply ask can I speak to your highest ranking associate? She ask for my name I obviously won't give it to her she knows who I am I ask hers she won't give me hers or give me to a supervisor she hangs up. This was probably the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced I still think your front desk lady is scamming your customers or you need to fix your system add it to my next bill I guess if it's real, don't ever call my phone unable to speak in a professional tone or way again tho. 10/10 would not recommend them to a soul.
Addition- it was not drive now acceptance who called me it was suppierors direct line... I almost gave you guys the benefit of the dought of a service and attempted to inform you but the same lady picked up your direct line and refused to give me to anyone else and calling after hours does not allow you to leave a voice mail and who wants to walk into a place when they know the staff behind the front desk acts this way ... It's recorded according to your service when I called back so you should be able to identify that it is in fact your employee and she is I guess trying to scam your customers if she was not to call and attempt to handle payments. But it was not drive nows number or employee it was yours. So 10/10 garbage customer service never wake me up to scream...

To my dismay, they informed me that I would have to wait for the next inventory, effectively leaving me stranded and unable to fulfill my urgent family obligations.
The complete lack of urgency and understanding displayed by Superior Car Credit and Drive Now Acceptance has left me feeling frustrated and abandoned during a time of great need. Their unwillingness to provide immediate assistance or explore alternative options reflects their disregard for customer satisfaction and their failure to fulfill their responsibilities.
I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Superior Car Credit and Drive Now Acceptance in Freeport. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, with a car that was unsafe to drive and a complete lack of support when I needed it the most. Their actions have caused me immense stress and inconvenience, impacting both my personal and family life.

On the other hand, drive now, the people who actually give you the loan are horrible. I had a vehicle for over a year and a half and never missed one payment because my payments came out of my bank. The first time I missed a payment due to a banking error Rudy ( the manager) from drive now told me my vehicle was already turned off and I would not be able to drive it. The first time you miss a payment they act like you've done it numerous times. I told him to look at my payment history and to see that I've never missed a payment and his response was that doesn't give you any credit I have never dealt with more rude people in my life I will never get a vehicle from this place ever again because of their financing company.
May 31st, 2023 The staff that work at this dealership are phenomenal I am adding on to a previous review because I have ran into some hard times and I reached out to Amanda the manager and I have never in my life had a car dealership go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and support to someone going through one of the worst times in their lives she has shown such compassion for my situation and has orchestrated a team to help me get through my heart struggle that I'm going through words cannot describe how grateful I am for Amanda the manager and all of her efforts to help keep me afloat I can't see myself going to another dealership after this assistant she was able to provide me I highly recommend this...
