Beware of scamming … I was cashing a lottery ticket for a family member which won $100 and before hand I asked the woman if she was able to cash it and she told me “yes”. After she cashed it she started picking out random tickets and saying I had to buy them to get the rest of my money that was won. And I said “what” I was just very confused. She handed me $30 worth in tickets and then $70 cash… and said I had to buy the lottery tickets and didn’t have an option… so she took $30 out of the $100 that was won without my permission, and after saying she’d be able to cash a $100 ticket… I actually work mass lottery and scratch tickets at my job and I have no idea what that was...

This is a pretty typical Quick Pic location. It's somewhere between a bodega and a general store. I'm not entirely sure how they make their purchasing / inventory decisions, because I feel like there's shelf space being wasted on things that they've never sold, and they could probably have a better selection of the things that people are more likely to buy (like snacks, and maybe some fresh produce from the area farms). Wow! What a difference a week makes. Tried the chicken wings the first week they came out and although very tasty, a bit small for the price. A week later I go back to try the breaded chicken wings and was told that they now have a new supplier. Sure enough, these wings are much bigger! Could this be my new place for wings?
