Subway — Restaurant in Freetown

The food came out right (luckily), but the people working here have very thick accents and are nearly impossible to understand. When you tell then what bread you want, they eely start making a sandwich with it before you tell them what you want. I asked for Italian Herbs and Cheese, and they grabbed normal italian bread and started to put things on it. I had to speak up three or four times before she actually stopped what she was doing, looked up at me, and with annoyance, she asked "What want then you?" I proceeded to tell her what I wanted, and she grabbed the right type of bread and asked "Spicy italian?" And I had to say "No, I would like..." And I told her the ingredients I wanted. I have had a similar experience each time I've come here. I would not recommend this subway to anybody simply because of the service. The food was okay after about ten minutes of fighting to get the right stuff on it! The location is the closest I can get to the New Bedford industrial park where I work, which is the only reason I will ever go...

Staff is very friendly but this location does not give the correct portions of meat or cheese. I frequent other subway locations and I also used to work at Subway and no matter what I order the meat and cheese portion here is less than it should be. I live very close but I will go out of my way to drive somewhere else instead of spending money here due to this. They use the menu as more of a guideline than what they actually put on your order. Disappointing and they definitely try to hide this with hiding the meat and cheese behind a large metal cover where they portion it out. Other locations you can see what you're getting and I know the portions that should be given. Way too expensive to short customers on...

Just letting you know that this place is very rude. After asking if my service dog is a service dog (my dog has a clear vest allowing people to see SERVICE DOG DO NOT PET on it) i answered yes she is a medical. They sat there speaking in a language different than mine (i can pick up on the word service) about me and her the whole time making my sandwiches. At the end asked for my license. I first informed them on law and that requiring such a thing is against the law however i showed them because im kind enough to do so. I dislike the fact they talked about me next time address it or learn to read. A legit service dog...
