Went to try on wedding dresses with my sister(who JUST GOT ENGAGED), in between other things we had to do that day, and all my sister wanted to do was try them on to see if she liked the style and fit of certain dresses for later when she was ready to purchase her dress, for future reference and the lady in the store let us in the changing room, 2 minutes later came and knocked on the door and handed me a phone and another woman then told me we needed to make an appointment to try on dresses because she would have to send off for another dress or adjust the dress, or all these other things that did not need done because we were not going to be buying a dress we were just looking, as I told her. But she kept telling me i had to have an appointment to look at the dresses because she would have to send off for another dress in my sisters size, and adjust it or fix it (all the things you do when buying a dress) i kept repeating to her we just wanted to try them on to see if she likes the style of them, and i also told her when i was engaged i came to this store and tried on dresses without an appointment or a lady present so i know how to be careful and respectful of the gowns. The lady was rude and kept repeating herself and instead of compromising or anything else she had attitude.
