Evotique — Local services in Fremont

Long post ahead-- This past July, my sister-in-law got married, in preparation for that she mentioned she wanted to go to Evotique. My first experience was getting bangles and a necklace set, from there which were so darn gorgeous!! They have a great team of boss ladies, and they even customize your bangle sets. At that time my husband's outfit was set to be made at another store in LA. Fast forward to just a couple weeks before the wedding, and the previous store fell through by stating they couldn't get the color that was needed!! Panic set in and I reached out to Evotique. Avneet, God bless this girl (I'll talk about her in a min), was our POC. With busy schedules, and crazy times, Avneet accommodated us and had us go in to figure out his outfit. We were able to finalize pretty much everything and she kept full disclose that with the COVID situation there would be a small risk for the outfit delivery and any other fee's, she never had us guessing. She kept us apprised with updates and the outfit was delivered with the shawl, it all fit perfectly. The only issue was the custom shoes weren't delivered. Without any hesitation Avneet decided to ship us the shoes at the venue we were staying at once it arrived. Well, international shipping can have its issues, and we were getting close to the wedding. She troubleshooted and decided to give us a pair of shoes they already had in hand. A day before the wedding the custom shoes arrived and one of her AMAZING team members actually came to the venue just to deliver the shoes!!! If that's not customer satisfaction I don't know what is. They treated us as if it was their own relatives' wedding, we are so grateful. Now, about Avneet, she was a joy, such a bubbly, yet calm spirited person, who I just adore! As a customer if you're looking for someone who gets you, especially since I relied heavily on her taste and opinions, she's it! She was able to help us get a stylish outfit, that would be comfortable enough for my husband. I ordered both my bridal and reception including my jewelry for my reception outfits from Evotique back in 2019 but due to covid my wedding was pushed from 2020 to 2021. I had originally given myself 9 months window for the order and delivery of my outfit since I was in the process of losing weight and my measurements were going to change. Navjit and Avneet were helpful throughout the whole process. My entire family purchased their outfits from the store and we were very happy with the results. I went in about 3 times throughout the entire process: once for the consultation, a second measurements and final fitting. I honestly felt so welcomed and at ease at the store, the girls really made my entire family feel that way. They were always a text away whenever I needed clarification or information about my orders. I knew I was in good hands and didn’t worry much even though my entire wedding was put on hold.

I went in with a specific image in my mind for my bridal outfit and Avneet made it into a reality, I am still in awe of the outfit (sad I only wore it once). I chose one of the display outfits for my reception and had it customized to my taste. I went in with a budget since I was paying for the outfits myself and both Navjit and Avneet were willing to work with my price range.
