What an excellent experience! My wife and I were recently searching for a new mattress and came across Mattress firm in a local shopping center. We had searched for mattress options online and started getting bombarded with social media ads, so we figured it was best to go in to a store and talk to a real person. From the beginning, our sleep expert Michael was extremely helpful in finding us what we were looking for. He listened to the various preferences we had, and had us try a full range of suitable options. We didn’t end up buying one on our first or second visit. On our third visit, Michael listened to our issues with our top contender option, which at the time was a tempur pedic pro adapt firm mattress. He showed us a new model they just received that was about half the cost of the tempur pedic, and ended up being exactly what we were looking for. I have been looking for a mattress for sometime and with the pandemic not wiling to make a purchase online and upon receipt no happy with it. I even subscribed to the Mattress Firm distribution list. I continue to receive promotional material.

I even mentioned to my husband that he needed to put a mask on and go inside the store to "feel" for a mattress. We made an appointment and when we walked in it was somewhat dark coming in from the bright sun, but Michael greeted us and invited us to the back of the store.

When I explained to Michael what we needed, he showed us what was available. We were not into the memory foam types, just an ordinary mattress that our older bodies need.

After sitting on several, we immediately knew that we needed a firm one. The fact that it was on sale motivated us even more.

Free delivery was also a factor as Macy's charge is $99 and to top off the sale to take my old mattress sold us! Thank you for taking pandemic procedures to use masks and a table with sanitation supplies! We are pleased and recommend potential consumers...

From the moment my wife and i walked into the store (5:15 on a sunday nite...closes at 6pm) Matthew made us feel like we were at home! we thought since it was so late that we would'nt be able to do much except a quick look, but Matthew did not rush us at all! Not only was he VERY intelligent about the products we were interested in, it was obvious he knew about mattresses as an industry. He did it ALL with such a sincere effort to make sure we were comfortable with the process ... WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!! If you need a bed...HE'S your man!!!

Also, a shout out to the manager Tatiana ! The store did not have the mattress covers we needed in stock and no time to ship them to us by the delivery date, SO Tatiana drove to another store on the day of our delivery to pick them up...meet us at the Fremont store at 8 pm. Why so late, i forgot to say , it was her DAY OFF and she was coming back from her Moms birthday party OUT OF TOWN! Crazy...
