I wish there’s “0” star rating! I feel cheated by them. I spent $600 on a standard immigration exam. I was told they can take blood test and do vaccinations all in one, in the clinic. She estimated roughly $350 over the phone but in person, I was then told by their front desk (older Asian lady) that I had to pay way more fees. She listed out the fees for EACH vaccine by scribbling them on a notepad. No preset prices so I knew she’s making it up. I should have left but we already agreed to do the blood test. I felt embarrassed to leave and didn’t have time to find another spot. The doctor exam took less than 5 mins and asked some generic questions. The blood test was done by a trainee and the flu shot actually HURT! They totally took advantage of us!

Their customer service was poor too. Super impatient with each customer. I wish I never found this spot!!

if i get a chance to put -5 star, i will do that. Worst doctor in bay area. Very rude in front of my kid and wife. If you are going for medical for immigration purpose, please save time and money and go to other doctor who are reasonable and smiling. He will tell you some price but when you come to his clinic if your insurance is not accepted for blood test, he will tell add $150 for blood test and $100 for vaccines and etc. When i went and talked to him "very politely", he said "I dont want to talk to you, go to some other doctor, I am busy " in a very rude way... and i know he was just gossiping with his staff at that time.

BEWARE!! and save money and time.. literally worst experience ever.

Don't come to this place for immigration physical exam. At first, they offered me seemingly competitive price. However, once I finished the exam, they asked for a lot more for blood test if I pay the lab through them and the front desk women threatened it would go to collection if I don't pay. Of course I would pay my own bill. They never mentioned this additional cost up-front. Adding those two costs together, I found their price was not competitive at all, quite high, actually.
