Starbucks — Restaurant in Fremont

Been here a few times, i usually stop on my way out to the valley, ordered a white mocha and muffin, stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for my order watching people come in and order their drinks and leave. I finally had enougha nd went to the cashier to cancel my order as i needed to be out of there. Only to get told my drink had been sitting there this whole time, nobody said anything about it being done and made, heard other names and drinks called but never mine. Went to grab my drink then asked for my muffin, but they had to verify that i actually ordered one in there system. By this point i was already late, and i no longer even wanted the coffee so i just left it on the counter and walked out. Not the first time this particular starbucks has fumbled my order. You're better off waiting for the Paris Baguette shop next door to open, or going to the pink pantherz behind...

I’ve been to this place a couple of times- didn’t care for the service but wasn’t bothered about it until now. When we entered this Starbucks they didn’t even give the courtesy of saying hello to myself, my sister and the one other customer who walked in ahead of us. They blatantly ignored us- pretending to consume themselves in unwrapping some packages. There were four workers- all pretending to busy themselves. We wouldn’t have minded if we’d been acknowledged- we waited so long until finally my sister and I said let’s go- we’re not going to support this business where all four unmannered workers are working. We spend our hard-earned money that we won’t waste on workers who don’t get paid to bring their bad...

My drinks almosts always come out wrong here. I ask for light ice and it still comes filled with so much. I asked for one drink and I get a completely different drink. This happens at other Starbucks as well, but this guy was already waving over the next customer before I even put my stuff away. Can you at least take the time to verify my order??

How does one end up with a Skinny Mocha when they order a Skinny Salted Caramel latte with extra coffee?? Are you even listening to me dude? Don't you know I need my salt and caffeine??

At least the white female barista made the drinks well and super quickly. She cut the waiting line down so fast.....
