Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fremont

We went there to order but still was deciding and then told him the larger fries but was looking in the phone from doordash was we use to order plus call the guy again and again excuse me, excuse me and he saw us twice but ignored and rolled eyes for no reason and then I asked him why are u being so rude then I asked him to get his manager he said he is the manger and then lady back there start saying that you guys were on your phone and I explained that I was looking in my phone Bez I didn’t have jack in box for long time and wht I usually order on doordash but the internet was bad so I took a pic on the board screen because I wasn’t wearing my glasses and I did explain them but then they said us to leave and if this how to treat your customers it’s really bad. As a customer I never had some being soo rude as a employee. Sooooooo bad and rude employee especially the behavior plus the manager if this is the manager I would never recommend my friends this Jack-in-the-Box ever and doesn’t want to go there...

This location is closest to my house and has a drive thru and a nice, quiet, clean dining area. The drive thru line is never really that crowded, which means I get my food really fast.

Like most JITB, the food is made fresh and is warm and/or crispy when you get it. I love that they serve breakfast any time of the day. My favorites are the sausage breakfast burrito and sandwich. I do wish that the food isn't as greasy though... Even for fast food, the food here is like extra greasy!

Customer service is usually very good here. I might've had one incident where it was off-putting but for the most part they are very quick and nice about getting you your food.

Hours are shorter than most JITB though. So if I want that breakfast burrito at 1AM, I gotta go to the one...

Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR APP. You can't get a refund after you hit the order button, even if they never made your food. In this case I had to cancel my order because the police were there investigating a break-in. I called the place before they had a chance to make the food and the employee agreed that she would return my order. NOPE.

Fast forward a few days and ask for a refund. NOPE. Need to contact corporate. Used the corporate feedback form. NOTHING. Checked the website and it says to go to the store for a refund. NOPE. Went back and the employee said it's all through corporate.

This place is a scam.

EDIT: I see their auto-responder got to this review. I've already gone to the feedback link they gave, TWICE, and still no real response....
