Terrible community/management service. Management never reaches out to you when you have issues. You will always need to “sign into the portal” for any type of request even if it requires immediate assistance, as it seems no one is ever available. Maintenance is ok when responding however I can’t say that’s always true.

While they say it is a gated community it truly is not. The gated entrances are always broken, letting whomever enter the facility and damage personal property and or theft. When we first moved in, the mail boxes in the community were always being broken into. I like to think that I helped in aiding getting the locks fixed since at the time I worked for the USPS and notified USPS management. Management will reach out to the community stating they do facility checks but all they do is sit at a desk and send emails out. I work from home, I’ve never seen any management walking about. Our neighbors, the absolute worst, throw parties until 2-3am in which we have to call security to come out which ultimately does nothing. Even when these things are reported to management no one reaches out to see if things are ok.

The apartments are fairly old, the only renovated area in my home is the kitchen everything else is plastered with thick paint. Closets reeks of everyone’s cooking and the carpet is so cheap that it will literally fray if you look at it the wrong way and it’s been that way since I’ve moved in. The blinds are so cheap, they constantly break. The only thing this place has going for them, is how close in proximity we are to the park for our floof. The apartments and appliances are very old. Refrigerator keep making heavy noises. Within 2-3 days of moving in, i found few bed bugs. I complained to the management and they said they didn't have bed bugs and i brought it so i need to pay 2500$ for pest control!! When i enquired around, every other house including my neighbours had this problem. Every week i see the pest control guys there. I insisted i didn't have bugs and they thankfully agreed to pay for it themselves. Swimming pools are closed for most of the year for not complying with county regulations. Thefts, smoking in open areas and late night noises are common. To avoid hassle of moving, I renewed my lease after 1 year. They did not provide any carpet cleaning after renewal which most apartmenets do. When i moved out i thoroughly cleaned my house and they still charged me around 750$ for painting, carpet replacement and deep cleaning!! I even took pictures before leaving the keys. When i contacted management they said there was some debri on stove and stuff. 190$ for that!! I was even told in pre inspection that deep cleaning will only be charged when i leave too much garbage in house which was...

I genuinely love living here. The community is clean and so peaceful. My neighbors are lovely. The pools are well maintained, and the gym is much cleaner than my "normal" gym. I actually cancelled my membership because of this.

Vanessa is a rockstar. She doesn't get enough credit. My husband and I have a skittish rescue dog and an epileptic cat (I know...), and inspections are hard on us and them due to the fact that our cat needs medication at certain times, and our dog is afraid of the world.

Vanessa and the maintenance team (which is also the most efficient maintenance team I've seen in my 15+ years of renting) worked out a plan to make sure our pets would be happy and safe.

Did I mention the maintenance team? They're so good at what they do, and they are fast and follow instructions. I also like that you can schedule a "contact me" through the app instead of just having them come whenever they can fit you in. It's great for my pets.
