I’ve been eagerly waiting for Sourdough & Co. to open ever since I saw the construction start a few months ago. As someone who works at Kaiser Fremont, I couldn’t be more thrilled that it's literally right across the street finally, a convenient and quality lunch option without having to walk all the way to Raley’s Plaza! I stopped by today with a colleague for our first visit, and we were warmly welcomed by the stafftreated like royalty, honestly. They even gave us a free freshly baked cookie, which was a sweet surprise! Iordered the Cholula Chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the sourdough bread was warm, crunchy, and had that authentic tangy bite you expect from good sourdough. You can tell they care about quality here. What I really appreciate is the variety whether you're in the mood for a hearty sandwich, a comforting soup, a fresh salad, or even vegan options, they’ve got something for everyone. It’s not tailored to any specific cuisine, but rather inclusive and versatile, making it a great choice for different dietary needs.
