We visited this doctor for our baby’s torticollis, but the consultation felt rushed and dismissive. The doctor quickly said it was “mild,” without running proper tests, and made us feel as if we were being overly sensitive parents. I had to insist and practically beg just to get a referral.

Torticollis has a very critical golden treatment window within the first few months, and dismissing it as mild without thorough examination is extremely concerning. Even a friend of mine had a similar experience with this doctor, where the consultation was rushed and explanations felt careless.

Later, when we sought a second opinion, the other doctor performed proper tests and immediately recommended starting physical therapy. If I had relied only on the first consultation, we could have missed that golden time and my baby’s condition might have been brushed off as nothing serious.
