If you’re expecting to leave this store with all the items you’ve planned on purchasing, think again. I have been shopping at the HUB location regularly since having my child six months ago. Each time I go to this location the shelves are always bare, mostly in the baby department, however I’ve observed other departments with the same issue, i.e: personal hygiene, home cleaning supplies, etc... I’ve spoken to multiple in-store management staff, on multiple occasions, expressing my frustration with the customer experience I receive each time I visit this store, in hopes they’ll work towards owning the customer experience. In preparation of a vacay, I stopped in a target (HUB) to pick up some items that my family will need for a two week vacation. For a family a family of six, going on a 2 week vacay, I expected to pick up more than just one deodorant and an outfit for myself and one of my children. Since this location has continuously disappointed me, I will be driving further to a different location to see if the my shopping experience is better, if not I will no longer be a Target customer.
Target: This location is in need of help. Please look into making changes before you lose customers to a competitor that believes in customer satisfaction and owning the customer experience.
UPDATE: 6/23/19 Had to run to Target today in the HUB for TSA locks. Checked online and seen they were in stock, went to the aisle only to find... empty pegs. Used the phone their store phone to call for assistance- phone was filthy and looked like it has never been cleaned. Associate double checked the pegs, the searched the store inventory and told me they have the item I stock. I asked how many they had a he told me 12. That’s right, 12 TSA locks in their stock room!!! How the hell can they make money if all their product is in the back!!!??? The good thing is the young man that helped me brought all the locks out and restocked the peg.
I also spoke to the shift manager letting him know what my experience has been at this store over the course of six months only to hear they’re short staffed on the evening shift, the primary shift that does all the restocking.
Target: Either hire more quality staff that can help keep product stocked, or instead of having your managers standing by the checkout stands directing customers to checkout stands, have them walk the floors and start restocking the holes in...
Read moreMy husband went to exchange an item he picked up from ordering online due to opened and used item. At first, a girl who helped him told him she could not do it, and he needs to go back the second day. He asked to talk to the manager since the item he wanted is available to exchange in the store. She told him the manager is not available. The second employee behind the employee who was helping him turned around and asked what's going on. Really? Didn't she listen to their conversation the whole time standing there? Anyway, he told her that he needed to exchange the opened and used item for my baby. She gave him store credits and told him that He needs to go get it himself and pay again in front. Wow! Great customer service we got here at Target only. This location has 4 brand new sealed items I ordered and they gave me opened and used one and refused to exchange it. On top of it, my husband had to deal with two unprofessional employees with attitude, I'm speechless. I ordered online to save time and made it easy for my husband to pick it up. I never experienced anything like this before. I meant not one employee with attitude but two? And how hard is it to grab a new one and exchange it? since it is your fault to give us the used item! I don't think I want to come back at this location again to see those faces who gave my...
Read moreTarget is the worst place to buy electronics! The iPad I bought here broke down in less than two months as the touch screen no longer worked all of a sudden and I was not even able to turn it off even if there was never a slight damage being done to the iPad. I brought the defective item back to the store and asked for a replacement, but they kept throwing back the 15 day return policy at me. However, I was asking for a replacement for a defected item not a refund and the policy never specified a 15 day policy on replacement for defected items. I regret it so much as I had the option to buy from Costco or buy with my AMEX credit card which has return coverage, but I chose to believe Target in being able to offer its customers fair service. All in all, I bought a $300 lessons that Target is the last place where an electronic item should be bought from. NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS FROM TARGET! You can get a price match or even lower price somewhere else like Costco or Bestbuy with...
