Fake-accessible. The door is heavy but entry is level. However, end caps, displays, file with etc are very wheelchair unfriendly. When I mentioned to the sole employee last time I was in that I couldn't get about a third of what I wanted, she couldn't help me because she was supervising the self checkout, and she told me "The manager told me not to worry about it because it's busy this time of year." They were literally fine with my not being able to access about a third of what I needed in the store simply because temporary displays were in the way of shelves or blocking aisles. Otherwise, it's a combination of off-brand toys, quick presents for tweens, pretty good candy selection. Basically this store has stuff some 12-year-olds would enjoy. Read moreMy visit was the worst experience I've ever had here. I wasn't allowed to shop freely some girls followed me throughout the store. Which I did think was odd. However I went to check out which is self checkout, and there was a lady with her daughter ringing out without assistance. However I was told I had to have an agent to check me out. Mind you it's self check out. The difference between me and the other lady was, I'm black. I explained the reason I come to the store is because I'm an introvert and I don't like people to invade my personal space. She didn't care, I believe she wanted to make sure I didn't take anything without paying. Mind you everything is either $5 or below. I will never visit this place again and hopefully people of color will...

When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. The store itself is big and bright. It was a little overwhelming, but honestly once you walk around, it's like a super colorful wonderland!
I didn't end up buying anything, but I definitely love the variety of what the store offers. Some shelves were empty, especially the candy picking area. There's also a ton of unique items you wouldn't see...
