Poor customer service. They have always had workers that are rude and unprofessional. I went in for a second time to see if it has gotten any better because there prices are descent. But I wouldn’t throw money to a business that gives out terrible customer service EVEN if they do have descent prices. I went in today and didn’t even got welcome in. Meanwhile, there wasn’t no other customers in the stores. I stood there and he straight forward said “tell me what you want” I explained what I was looking for and he handed me a book that had cheap furniture because he said the other ones were too expensive for me. I was looking for high quality & he told me they didn’t have that. HE WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME TEXTING WHILE HE WAS COMMUNICATING THIS TO ME. RUDE! It showed zero interest from him on trying to help me or sale me what I was looking for. So I proceeded and said I will look somewhere else. Unless you want to do business with people that tell you one thing then it’s another and on top of that rude and unprofessional then this...

Alright let's be honest. The area isn't that great but don't let that discourage you from the great deals and the awesome workers inside! I had a problem with my son's bed, it was too stiff and it wasn't what my son wanted. So called then up and we worked out a deal when we came back super easy exchange an got my son qn even better bed than what we were expecting!!! All in all I would recommend this place if you need a bed that's local and want to support your community. Pricing is fair 👌 as well. Can't complain! Thanks Gabriel...

They should not be called a discount store their prices are more than discounted they are low! I mean come on everywhere else is overpriced especially right now with the corona
