There is not much we can do about our experience during our visit on 12/19. The associates are not knowledgeable. I can't tell you how many times we were given "I don't know" as an answer. My fiance and I are expecting his suit to arrive in about 7 weeks. We ordered his suit on 12/19 but when I called the next day, 12/20, to have mistakes fixed (sizing and spelling), the manager, Lorrie, had to cancel then re-order the suit. (which ultimately delays production of the suit.) She said she would call me back with a new confirmation number but she did not do that. I called back 3 hours later asking if it got done and she said "it would get done today." I told Lorrie I would be in today, 12/21, to pick up the new order summary for my files because now I do not trust Fresno's Jos A Bank to get it done (and done correctly) and I need something on file to hold them accountable. Good thing i did that because on 12/21 I picked up the new order summary for our custom order and yet another mistake was made. The body lining, which wasn't an issue before, was now being ordered in the wrong fabric. So today, 12/22, I called to have them cancel and re-order the suit yet again. All of this has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. The production of his wedding suit keeps getting delayed because of these issues. We hoping for the best but...
Read moreMatthew was an amazing help to getting me a suit that looked and felt great on me. If I had more time before the wedding I was invited to, I would have been able to make alterations that would have made the suit look absolutely custom. But for a last minute suit I received the pants, jacket, and two button ups for $430. Not bad at all considering I got more than what I was looking for, I can go back for suit alterations for a small fee, there was no headache is shopping, and Jos. A. Bank (JAB) has many perks with a suit purchase (ie. Club point system, free fixing of stitching if it messed up, etc). I went to 3 other stores prior to JAB, and none of the suits I tried on were appealing to me; however, they did fall below or within the $200-$400 price range. I figured a suit was an investment so I took a chance by going to JAB and am extremely glad I did. 'You get what you pay for,' is very cliche, but very true in...
Read moreEveryone has their own experience - here's mine: my first day ever at JAB was Memorial Day 2015. Laurie greeted me. She was pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. I didn't know exactly what style of suit I needed but her knowledge and confidence helped me to know I was in good hands. The suit she picked was perfect. I bought 4 suits of various colors. The prices were very fair, the quality was excellent, but her help and guidance were superior. I went back a few weeks later and she remembered me (amazing). I have been back more than seven times since then (it's March 2016) to purchase shirts, ties, belts, etc. She is personable and helpful each and every time I go in. JAB is definitely my suit and...
