Princess Boutique & Quinceñeras — Local services in Fresno

I’ll start by saying I wish I could leave zero stars on here. I hate to be this person but we received the worst possible service here. It all started when we went to pick up our dress 4-6 weeks prior to my daughters quince party and they couldn’t find her dress for 3 days. To our surprise it was on a manikin on display for SALE and the owner just laughed and said thank god it didn’t sale. How unprofessional is that?! We had originally planned to celebrate by daughters party in February but had it postpone to May, we called them and let them know the change of date but with their unprofessionalism and lack of service they almost sold her dress. When they finally found the dress they said well we just figured you never came to pick it up and just forgot about it , never did we receive a courtesy call before they put our dress out to check the status or find out why we hadn’t picked it up. We tried to look past is and continue yo bring them more business by sending our camas to get their dresses through them and once again not a single parent received a courtesy call to let them know dresses had arrived, my wife had to take a drive out there and to her surprise they had already received but never intended to call anyone to pick them. Place is definitely a family owned business which I normally try and support but her dugahter being at that front desk with zero customer service needs to go! Good luck expecting her to keep the business running! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want to be treated like your hard working money means...

This is our Second time booking with Princess boutique and again; my family and I were beyond satisfied, every expectation was meet. From the decorations, photo/video graphics, catering, the food was delicious and servers were very respectful and we’re on point, the DJ Arturo did an amazing job, my guest danced non stop, my daughters dress and our dresses were exactly what we wanted them to be. But most importantly what I appreciated the most was that Princess boutique really took on the initiative and responsibility of coordinating this great huge event for us. I loved that we were called for everything that needed to be taken care of for example photo shoot dates and times, food tasting for the catering services, they have a huge selection of dresses and styles of decor,we were called in to chose our colors and styles for decorations, and got plenty reminders of unfinished task. That for us was a big help especially that we work 24/7. A huge Thank you to princess boutique for all your services. If I had another daughter I would book with princess boutique...

People just want to say that this place is messed up they got me on my invitations they gave me my invitations on a 5cent envelope and be careful on not saving a receipt cause they will say u haven’t made no payments if u don’t have a receipt and make sure they have the exact dress before you pay cause they had to change another thing on it because they couldn’t do it the same as my daughter had picked let’s see how my decoration goes I will update after my daughter 15 . To see how the decoration goes because they already thinking on not doing the whole decoration if that happens I will sit outside her store and let everyone know how they are they seem all nice at first but it’s all a face they don’t care what u think or want once...
