If your coming as a small party of 1-4 people, then this would be a good spot to go. However, DO NOT COME IN BIG PARTIES (10-20)

My group of 14 people came to the restaurant hungry after a day at a festival, expecting to at least be able to enjoy a nice meal. We had told them before ordering we wanted our own invidiuval plates/bowls + spoons because we were going to be sharing dishes. We had been expecting them to at least bring the cutlery and plates first, but they never did. We ordered 1 medium pho bowl, 3 large pho bowls, 2 shrimp soups, 1 papaya salad, 2 springrolls, 3 big bowls of rice and 6 other dishes. Of course we expected them to take their time on our order since we are a big party asking for a lot of food. However, the waiter had suddenly just brought one dish and then one bowl of pho, the one bowl of pho being given to by the person who wanted it, while the rest of us ended up waiting for our food. Like, what..? Pho is a noodle dish, it will get soggy, and by the time the rest of the group's order comes, their noodles would be soggy, not to mention that if they were going to serve the pho bowls, they could have at least brought the other 3 bowls of pho we ordered! As for the first dish they gave us, they hadnt even give us plates or spoons or anything to even be able to share the food around the other 13 people. When we asked for the plates and spoons, they just said they would bring it. After around 15 minutes, they still haven't brought the things we asked for first! So we asked for them to at least bring us 3 plates so that we could feed the 3 smaller kids we had (one 4 year old and two 5 year olds). Which they finally did (thankfully.) We waited for another 20 minutes, and then the food had come, great! EXPECT FOR THE FACT WE DID NOT HAVE PLATES SPOONS OR ANYTHING! Again! We had told them before we had ordered, and even told them before they brought the food that we wanted everyone to have their own plates and spoons! But then they tell us they would bring it to us eventually, and on top of that, they hadnt even brought the other 2 bowls of rice we wanted. With 11 hungry people, we all decided we didn't want the last 2 rice, and just wanted the plates and spoons.

And after 10 minutes, they finally brought the damn plates and spoons! But by then, the food had gotten mildly cold and everyone was annoyed and hungry.

AGAIN, WE HAD ASKED FOR THE PLATES AND SPOONS WAY BEFORE WE HAD TOLD THEM OUR ORDER!

So again, great for small parties, but would not reccomend coming to eat with...

Food, service and place was alright, but reasoning for 1 star due to being rob I would say. Its not the first time. First time my family and I ate here, we're like okay, alright, price is fine. The next time, we ordered the same thing, but price was higher, even though menu said the same price. So we were a bit concerned, but didn't want to assume stuff. The next time, we ate again, and again, we ordered the same thing and again the same thing happened. My husband and I decided to try this place again because we felt we didn't go in for the longest. We decided to calculate our price before paying just to get our worries out of the way, we got 3 L pho. Both priced at 12.99 each and one at 17.99. I'm sure after adding these prices up, it should be around $44-46 and after tax it should be maybe around 49-50 bucks. But tell me why my total came out 49 before tax and after tax it was 54? Am I calculating it wrong because I'm sure it shouldn't be 49 before tax. Another thing is, they never give me a receipt of the breakdown and its always that asian girl with the mask on, ringing us up. I guess she's probably manager or so, not sure, but definitely won't be coming back because I am sure my money was robbed off from this restaurant. But its okay, its a good thing we didn't give tip. We'll just consider as tip and won't be coming back. Definitely CALCULATE your food before paying, because I'm sure its happening to many people without realizing. Absolutely no. The food and everything was amazing, everything came out great. The food was very delicious. But. I would not recommend eating here on Sundays. I came in with my party of 6 and while he served and getting out food we notice one skinny worker with glasses bossing around her younger workers. It was obvious the younger workers were trying to get their task done while she constantly was nagging them. There was another worker with them aswell. While the worker with glasses was helping people pay for their meals I noticed she was talking very negative about her other workers. I was baffled when I heard her ask one of her workers if they have ever worked before. The worst attitude and ownership I have seen. I have never seen workers get treated so badly. While we were sitting and eating we heard some noise and notice that the worker with glasses was yelling with the younger worker. The younger worker ended up walking out. After the incident the worker with glasses continued to trash on the younger’s worker name. And brought up the fact her mother left her at a younger age. I would never eat here again with my family, I came with a party of 6. I cannot believe the way they treat their workers and talk about their workers behide their backs. Horrible service and...
