I had to make a quick trip to Kroger for a few items. It had already started a steady misty rain and the temperature had dropped and when I tried to find a parking space closer to the store I realized there were about 8-14 spaces all in a cluster empty. They were designated for the Kroger Click List customers. Right in front like a VIP, they dont even have to leave the vehicle! They decided to skip the trip into the store and avoid going up and down the isles maneuvering around others to make their selections, they skip looking for an open register with an actual person behind it waiting to scan their items, bag them and put them in their cart. Nope not even getting out of the car. They even skip the self check out lines and arnt concerned they might have to perform someone elses job while being monitored by the employee who just wants to show up and collect the check for the job your preforming! They pull up, phone kroger and say I've Arrived! Their order is brought right out and loaded into their car. And they drive away. Or at least that's how I imagined it to be as I was now parked halfway to the back of the parking lot and heading into the store in the rain. After gathering my items and scanning most of my order, I was placing my eggs into the bag and 3 fell out of the carton and broke in the bag before I knew it the attendant had been notified too much time had lapsed in following the registers orders to bag them and the attendant appeared from out of nowhere. You could certainly tell she wasnt pleased with how much time I was taking to do my job, she waved her card or punched the magic button letting everyone know I didnt steal anything I was just slow. I managed to tell her what caused the delay as I pointed to the 3 broken eggs in the bag and she tilted her head and said aww that's too bad then got right back to the conversation that I had interrupted. I did not even know how to react to that

Read moreSpecifically for pharmacy. One lady in particular I do not remember her name was not helpful at all and was pretty rude. I’ve been so stressed out with a sick dog, my vet gave me a prescription for an antibiotic that said could be filled at Kroger/walgreen/heb etc. I went to Kroger and the pharmacist as soon as I said it was for my dog seemed annoyed first saying they probably didn’t carry it. Then another pharmacist said they did but it had to be ordered. Then they said they didn’t have the specific strength of 500mg and could only do 250mg. They said they could order the 250mg but it would take 4-5 days to receive it. Kroger called my vet and had it all set to order. My dog needed medicine now, so I was able to pick up half of the prescription at the vet but had to call and change the order at Kroger to half the amount. I called and spoke with the First Lady I spoke with (the one that seemed annoyed) to explain I only needed half of what they were going to order. She claimed they couldn’t do that and she would have to call me back. An hour later calls me back, and now tells me That they could not order that medication at all. And was very blunt and rude about it. When I asked what was the reason she just claimed again that they could not order that?. I said I don’t understand. Why were you able to order it before but now you’re not able to order it? Seems like they don’t really care about their customers even if it is just...
Read moreI have been going to this store for over two years and the only time I have had any issues is with one single employee, I think his name is James. When an item must be cleared at the self checkout for age limit such as buying alcohol, I have had no issues in the past two year as far as allowing the checker to look at my ID without scanning the ID. I also have had no problems at any other Kroger stores, or with no other checker at this store refusing to allow them to scan my ID. James has also been rude in the past such as grappling the carrier basket and slamming the basket down in the rack holder. Sometimes I have had no problems with him, I guess it just depends. On another occasion he would take the remote devise and give me an ok or nod to continue scanning, but once I tried to continue to scan the scanner would beep and not allow me to continue without him coming over and clearing the machine. When he refused to allow me to purchase I then went to another checker and my ID was viewed for age requirement and I was allowed to purchase with...
