So disappointing. We drove an hour to come here for HRW only be extremely disappointed. This was one of the worst HRW experiences we had. Our server with the pink hair was so aloof, rude, and extremely slow. It took us 15 minutes to be greeted and 32 minutes for our drinks to come out. The food was as disappointing as the poor service. The fruity pebbles waffles only had fruity pebbles sprinkled on top and not baked into the waffle, which would have made more sense. The fried chicken strips were great! The banana pudding French toast was dry, thin, and rubbery. It didn't have any banana flavor. We ordered pistachio tiramisu to go. It wasn't pistachio tiramisu. It was regular tiramisu. The lady fingers were dry. It was awful. When we questioned where the pistachios were, she said "they must be out of them." The server returned with a small container of pistachios and said, "here's your toppings and flung them on the table. 🙄 It was an overall terrible experience. Please save yourself the disappointment and do not go here. I know I will never return and I'll be sure to tell anyone I care about not to...

Worst and horrible experience ever! Are family comes here and our friends. We come here at least 7-8 times a month but today was a horrible experience with the customer service being very poor and the amount of food serving is not consistent with the portions. The French fries were cooked raw and they only gave us 1 chicken breast when it always comes with 2, they always mess up on our order when it’s very simple/easy .On top of all this there was a long curly hair in between my chicken breast, I made it aware to the waitress/manager. We will save our $455 dollars that we spend a month here and we will let our family/friends know that they do not appreciate the regular loyal customers. We are apart of the Friendswood community and we will make sure to reach out to our community amongst our church’s,neighborhoods and local offices. Please do not contact me or respond back to me because yall should have taken care of it right there and then. Hope other customers have better experiences after the owners see this review so they can correct...

One of my worst dining experiences recently from beginning to end. Let’s highlight the biggest atrocities - our entire party waited about a hour for our food. Nobody came to explain or tell us why even after being served the food. We’re talking sandwiches. After that hour wait - we were served with a RAW (bright pink) burger that’s meat was burnt on the outside and the bun had not been toasted. We had asked for a medium. Instead of comping the meal - they gave us a slight discount after having to return it to the kitchen. The staff was constantly missing and never came to check on any table it seemed. It was horrific to wait that time for such disgusting food.

The only “redeeming” qualities if that is the buttermilk chicken wrap. But also it’s just basically McDonald’s snack wrap in a spinach tortilla. That apparently takes a hour to make. Their “free” dessert at the end was lackluster and did not make up for the gross experience our...

This place is soooo good. My husband and I went during HRM and no regrets here! First course: chicken poblano soup Second course: steak frites & shrimp fettuccine Third course: pistachio tiramisu Omg the chicken poblano was literally hands down the best soup I’ve ever had. The fresh avocado and crispy tortilla chips were pretty clutch. My shrimp fettuccine pasta with blacked shrimp was so freaking good. Came with garlic toast on the side and it was sooo crisp and delicious. My husband had the steak frites. Which he loved but complained just a little because it came out more on the rare side (although he ordered a medium). Last but not least the pistachio tiramisu. Was the star of the show. Definitely save room for this. So good and worth it!!!

My husband and I found this gem by happenstance and I am so grateful! We initially tried their Sunday brunch, and were just blown away by the personalized service, absolutely amazing and unique food, and the calming atmosphere. The first thing we tried was the fingerling potatoes with the pork belly sauce and those were the BEST potatoes I’ve had in all my life! The rosé lemonade was delicious, and my crab cake Benedict was amazing-huge chunks of delicious crab! Justin and Madison are both wonderful, kind, and attentive servers. Our meal was paced impeccably. I came back with a friend for bingo night and had a blast! They have great happy hour specials and the bingo was fun! Bonus is the amazing spa next door! You’ve got to try this place!
