Scarsdale Plaza — Local services in Friendswood

This is where you go for court house related things. In this strip of building you can get married, pay fines, buy your registration stickers (I am sure there is more courtsy stuff you can do there) but there is also a few other little shops there. A hair cut place and also a bunch of empty space that someone can rent if they want to open a store of some kind. The area isn't bad, its on the corner of Beamer and Scarsdale so there is plenty in the immediate area as far as food stuff and other things. It is one of those places that looks like it isn't too incredibly busy... unless you want registration stickers first thing in the morning. I gave three stars because it isn't a place people WANT to go and spend money at... they HAVE to. I don't much like spending money that isn't fun to spend. But, then again, it is fun not getting tickets for the lack...

We had an appointment and it was quick service. The lady which helped us fill out paper work was super awesome person! She was at the door(I wish I remember her name)! God bless her in abundance and peace be with her always!!!! We had gone 3times for a title transfer that my son gifted me and she was very helpful and patient with me and my karazyyyy...
