Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Frostburg

I shop at Ollie's a few times a year, usually whenever I see something in the weekly ad I want / need. They have a variety of products & prices depending on what season it is. This is a bargain outlet, so the inventory is always changing. If you ask an employee where a product is you get 50/50 chance of finding it depending who you talk to. The store is sectioned into departments but they have a good amount of inventory so it is difficult sometimes trying to find a particular item. 9/10 I still don't find what I went in for but end up coming out with other things lol because if you don't get it while it's there now, it may not the next day. I do find it difficult to maneuver the shopping cart around displays & setups at our location, so if a cart isn't needed I would not use one. One thing I wish they would change in the future, to start accepting manufacturer coupons on household brand named items such as laundry detergent &, paper towels etc.. The employees have always been friendly, professional with me, they always offered to help with anything I need. I especially appreciate when they automatically get assistance to help load bigger items into the customers vehicle...

This is a store I always enjoy the opportunity to go to. There is a large variety of items to find here. There's a massive selection of books to choose from. In fact, an entire section of the store is dedicated to books. While there's some titles you won't find unless you go to a bookstore such as the newest releases, there's still a large selection to choose from and you'll find some really interesting books from some popular as well as some lesser known authors. There's also an entire row dedicated to graphic novels and comic books for those who are interested. They also have a large selection of home goods such as rugs, kitchen appliances, heaters, shelves and storage compartments, and more. There's also an entire row of toy aisles too as well as a large selection of board games. They also have a large selection of non-perishable foods such as crackers, candies, chips, fruits snacks and more, often-times cheaper than they'd be in other stores. In terms of prices, there's some incredible deals no matter what section you're in. I definitely recommend stopping by this store if you're looking for some good deals on a large...

Ollie's has always been a family favorite for us, what does past holiday season what's a disappointment in Ollie's, and it is never for the merchandise unfortunately the issue is that some of the staff treat customers unfriendly I had a few things to return but I had left my receipt at home, 40% off of the retail price. This was not the video when I was here, I'm not quite sure what that decision was made that I do not appreciate the way the staff of me as if I was doing something wrong. I will never see things...
