The FroYo Factory — Local services in Cumberland

My family and I have been to this establishment quite a few times as it is my daughter’s favorite in the area. Today was the worst customer service experience I’ve had there though. My wife and daughter both wanted marshmallows and the container was almost empty. My wife asked the boy behind the counter if they had more marshmallows and he says “yeah there is marshmallows there” and points to the almost empty container, my wife said yes I know but do you have more since we both want them. Then a woman comes out from the back, wearing flip flops and asks what? My wife then asks her , do you have more marshmallows? She says there are some right there pointing at the almost empty container. My wife then says yes I know but me and my daughter both want them and there are only a few here, do you have more? The woman then says with a attitude “yeah we got more, when the container is empty.” My wife put the last few marshmallows on our daughter’s yogurt and then told the boy the container is empty. He takes it to the back and puts like ten marshmallows in it and comes back out and drops it back in its spot. Sooo not very happy with the attitudes nor was I very happy to see someone in flip flops working with food. Will more than likely be a while...

Great place for a frozen treat. You can customized your quantity, flavors, & toppings however you choose. Now instead of paying $ per ounce, you pay a set price for whatever sized container of your choosing. (Didn't know about set prices for Winter months & hopefully this continues all year long ). Now why I didn't give 5-star? Is they don't keep standard flavors in stock 24/7, like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Honestly, if it wasn't different from the traditional ice cream shop, I probably would have said 3 because the flavors. All in all I think Froyo is here to stay + the kids love it, & I get all the Reese cup crumbs I want. Future reference: A milkshake blender would be a awesome...

The new owners are outstanding! They now have pupcups for you to bring your doggies in for a treat! The owner greeted us at the door and was so friendly and treated us so great! She got a water bowl setup for our little girl outside after she was finished with her pupcup! They now have cake pops and they was delicious! We will come back more just for those alone. You can tell they was homemade and made daily! Wow was they good. This place is definitely a hidden gem now in the La Vale area.
