Durbin Park — Local services in Fruit Cove

Quite honestly, I expected more as this development was touted as being larger and on par (or better) than the St. Johns Town Center. Per the initial anchor (and subordinate) stores, I am a bit disappointed as I believe the residents deserve more than a WalMart / SAMS Club anchor-based town center. Per the studies released, I believe the area can support much better venues. In addition, although I love this area and the people, I have put my decision to purchase a home in the area on hold until additional information concerning the future of Durbin Park...

If you tear pants or shorts at while working in the Durbin area, hell yeah they got pants and they got shorts shoot man it's freaking Walmart y'all, they got guns, they got medicated body powder they got freaking mason jars and plants, shoot man they even got fake plants for all y'all fake plants people out there, pretty much got whatever the freak you would need, hell yeah they probably got it, but yeah if your pants rip while working they got more pants that will rip somewhere else while working in a not so different very much so ungodly...

This is a up and coming area that will offer a few things for people in the area, and passer byes. At the moment there is alot of construction with all the new stores, and restaurants. I have to say though even though all these things are being built, it still seems a little closed off as what's being done is only for the area...I mean how much can you do in this space ..kinda like Bartram a few miles away, they can't do anything else in that vacinity. This is just convenience, so I guess that's...
