Firehouse Subs Durbin — Restaurant in Florida

Long story short.. Went shopping at walmart and discovered we had a firehouse subs.. I was super excited to order it.. As I was checking out at Walmart i called to place my order , listened to the message and placed my order online. 25. Minutes and sandwich is ready.. Little long but I was right there in the shopping plaza so I waited and after arriving at the time I was told to arrive at I enter, greeted by a young man and was shown where my order was. Upon entering I see a note on the door stating no lettuce so I asked the guy if my sandwich had lettuce. He said no. I ordered online ( it never stated there was no lettuce available) Now lettuce was the ONLY topping I had requested. If someone would have called me after seeing my order. to let me know "hey we are out of lettuce" I would not be writing this. Why am I writing this- cause after I was not happy about waiting 25 mins for a sandwich I didn't end up getting- I was instructed by the same young gentlemen as he giggled to go buy lettuce from Walmart for my sandwich. That wad his solution. Im sorry but that was a big WOW to me. You have 6 employees on the clock- why don't one of them GO TO WAL-MART & buy lettuce so your customers can have one of the Most COMMONLY ordered...

Went to FH subs in Durbin Pavilion for the first time and was shocked at how small it is. Very few seats available to dine in, and we thought we were early at 11:15 am on a Sunday. It was raining outside and I brought my wife and daughter with me to eat here. I asked the young lady at the counter if they had any more seats and she just smiled, giggled, and pointed outside. I told her I would pass since it was raining outside. My wife and I discussed it and decided to cancel our order and go to a completely different fast food place that had seats for the three of us to sit down at.

I like FH subs, I think they have pretty good food and interesting subs, but the lack of seating at this location is a large drawback to me. They have small bistro style tables that you could put together, but every single one of them was occupied or crammed together already. I most likely won't go to this location in the future as there are others that I can go to where I can sit with my family, wash my hands when I'm done, and...

Today a friend and I went to get dinner and we decided to come to firehouse well it started off great was greeted at the door nicely with a welcome to firehouse by a young gentleman. I placed my order and a friend of some of the workers came in and a couple of them started talking to him which is fine you know it's always nice to acknowledge your friends but costumers started piling in and they were still talking it took about 25 minutes for our sandwiches to get out and when they did one was wrong for some reason it included jalapeños and banana peppers which definitely wasn't asked for it would have been fine if the some of the workers were messing around when you have a job that pays you to work you should work. It's nice to have fun and all but when people see this it's just frustrating. Coming from someone who has experience working at firehouse. This behavior was not acceptable at the one...
