I have had several bad experiences with local jewelers when i walk into kuhns on Christmas Eve day still upset with a "previous" jeweler who ruined the joy of my engagement ring,I instantly knew this was the place Ide been looking for,these people are simply the best,even at the late hour of christmas eve they helped me find a stunning ring to replace my other one remounted my diamond,sized it,all in a matter of under 2 hours..AWESOME PEOPLE AWESOME SERVICE REALLY BIG HEART All the fanstatic fanageling to get this ring ready was amazing...thanks to all the wonderful people who made my engagement ring a joy to wear and proudly show off the beautiful ring that represents the love that went along with it...Linda meyer yurkosky... if there was a 10 star...

I’m not a fan of traditional mall style jewelry experiences. From the moment we stepped in on Christmas Eve, I felt extremely welcomed. Kathy and Savannah were so sweet and kind. Legitimately from start to finish, their smile and kindness made me want to be a customer for life.

At no point did they make us feel like we weren’t spending enough. They took a ton of time and let my wife try on numerous pieces. They were often advocating for the slightly cheaper pieces over the more costly items. The entire experience was A+ and full of class.

My wife’s family is from here, so I may only stop by in the winter, but if I were a local, this would be...

Okay experience getting my watch resized. They measured my wrist and i explained how i wanted it tight against my wrist. Upon pickup week later, it was still extremely large. I paid, and left it to be resized more. Once going back another time, it was finally a useable size. But, i had to pay again. I feel that for a mistake not on my end, the inconvenience of driving back and forth was enough for a second payment.
