It’s a shame I’m leaving such a low ranking review, because I really do love shopping here. But I feel like I should warn others about selling their clothes through this store. I dropped off some clothes yesterday and when I returned to pick them up, they told me my payout was 30 dollars for the items they decided to keep. However, they had no receipt detailing which items they kept and how much they were paying me for each item. I thought that was a bit weird, but brushed it off. But when I brought my bin home and looked through it, I felt like I had been scammed. They took at least 6 high quality items and I’m sure other items as well, paying me less than 5 dollars per item. This would be acceptable if the items were low quality, but they took new Guess jeans, new Buffalo jeans by David Bitton with the tags still attached (originally worth 100 dollars), LuluLemon leggings, Fabletics leggings, a skirt from Urban Outfitters, bathing suits and more. I could’ve made more money selling these items at Plato’s Closet. I love shopping here, but beware of their questionable...

I do enjoy shopping here, and I've gotten several pairs of beautiful heels here. However, they are losing my respect FAST. I got side bumped in the aisle the other day with a very curt and rude "Sorry", without even so much as looking in my direction, only to find out that was an employee!! She miraculously turned into all smiles when I went to hand my CC over though. 🙄 Their clothes are mislabelled a lot, so I can spend $40 worth on clothes and jewelry, only to find that an XL/L was really a medium, the heels can be so worn down they're unwearable, and rubber that falls off the sneakers almost immediately upon getting them home! Their jewelry is messed up too, I'll buy several pairs of ear rings only to see most of them were clip-ons (who still wears clip ons?) and unusable clip ons at that, with ZERO warnings. They have a lot of beautiful clothes, but it seems their business practices are...

Awesome place. I went and bought a $105 pair of jeans for $11.99, and an $85 pair of jeans for $14.99. The $15 pair had a broken zipper and the waist size wasn’t quite correct, but the store owner provided me the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Gave me a handful of nice emails, a full refund without even having to go in-store, let me keep the item, and was extremely generous. I’ve only visited once, but next time I’m in the states, I plan on returning. Incredible place, awesome stuff, awesome prices, and an extremely nice owner who will go above and beyond.
