MY DAUGHTER PUT Down $3K FOR 2016 CHARGE BECAUSE THATS WHAT SHE WANTED WE GOT A POLICY WITH ENDURANCE TO COVER HER MAJOR PARTS TO COVER REPAIR FOR THE MAJOR PARTS. WE REVIEWED THE POLICY NEVER SEEN ANYTHING About MILEAGE AFTER MY DAUGHTER PAID WE SEEN THE TWIN WRITING SOMETHING ON THE POLICY SAID SHE WAS JUST SIGNING BUT ACTUALLY SHE CHOOSE MILEAGE POLICY BUT TOLD US THE POLICY LASTED A YEAR. NOT UNTIL MY DAUGHTER CAR WAS TOWED TO A CAR SHOP ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER DID WE FIND OUT ONE OF THE EVIL LITTLE TWINS CHOOSE A MILEAGE POLICY WHICH WE NEVER HAVE CHOOSE BECAUSE MY MOMA IN REMISSION FROM CANCER AN WE WERE GOING BACK HOME AT LEAST EVERY TWO WEEKS . SO CHOOSING A MILEAGE POLICY WE WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE. WE WORK FAR IN MOST OUR JOBS. MY DAUGHTER PAID ALMOST $800 DOLLARS FOR THIS POLICY SHE HAD NEVER USED THE POLICY. WE CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON 11/18/24 MY GRANDSON 4TH BIRTHDAY WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO GET A RENTAL CAR AN ENJOY MY GRANDSON BIRTHDAY AT CHUCKIE CHEESE INSTEAD WE WERE STUCK IN THE HOUSE. MY DAUGHTER CALLED ONE OF THE EVIL TWINS ANSWERED SHE TOLD HER SHE NEEDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO WORK OUT A PLAN SO SHE WOULDN'T LOSE HER CAR THE TWIN NEVER CALLED BACK. INSTEAD THEY WENT TO THE SHOP PAID THE REQUESTED AMOUNT FOR MY DAUGHTER CAR AND REPOSSED HER CAR FOR LESS THAN $600 DUE PLUS THE SHOP ROUNDED OFF TO $800. WE WERE ABOUT TO PAY HER CAR NOTE THE DAY THE CAR BROKE DOWN. SO WE PAID $4K INCLUDING HER CAR INSURANCE WHEN WE GOT THE CAR. WE OUT AROUND $9K CLOSE TO $10K SO CHOOSING MILEAGE POLICY WOULD NEVER BE A Choice WHY THEY PAID $800 TO REPOSSED HER CAR. THEY BROUGHT HELL INTO OUR LIFES. THESE ARE SOME EVIL PEOPLE . I READ THE REVIEWS AFTER MY DAUGHTER SIGNED THE PAPERS I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT HERE. SINCE MY GRANDSON BIRTHDAY WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CAR , NO INCOME AND GROWING THREW HELL. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT THE MONEY. THE REASON I CALL THE TWINS EVIL IS BECAUSE ONE TWIN DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO GET THE HIGHEST CAR NOTE SHE COULD THEN TURN AROUND SELL US A POLICY THAT WAS A LIE BECAUSE SHE CHOOSE MILEAGE. BUT WHEN THEY CALL HER PLAYING HER LAST PAYMENT FOR THE INSURANCE THEY STARTED TO BECOME SO NASTY TALKING TO MY DAUGHTER CRAZY. LIKE YOU BE READY TO GO WHOOP EVERYBODY AZZ TYPE TALK. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN . THEY HAVE BEEN DOING PEOPLE WRONG ALONG TIME ITS ALL A GAME ITS SAD THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY . WHO THE HELL GONNA PAY $750 FOR A POLICY FOR MILEAGE WHEN MY MOMA IN REMISSION FOR CANCER. HOW YALL SLEEP AT NIGHT I DONT WANT TO KNOW. I am going to take the time to detail my horrible experience with the vehicle I purchased from this place in hopes that it saves someone out there from going through this.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy traverse less than a week ago. When I first arrived at the dealership, I test drove a 07 suburban but never made it past the stop lights up the street from the dealership. It started jumping and the transmission was slipping. When I took it back and told the salesman (who barely spoke English) he said it’s slipping because the truck is low on gas, and if it’s the transmission there’s a warranty on it and they can fix it AFTER I purchase it 👀, I declined.

I test drove another vehicle (Chevy traverse) and decided to get it as it was close to closing time and needed a vehicle for work out of town the next day. After doing the paperwork and when I got outside to get the car, I realized it was NOT the vehicle I test drove and decided on. I went back inside told the lady that did my contract that it was the wrong vehicle (they were both white). She said “not to worry this vehicle they gave me is a better vehicle anyway... the one I test drove has issues because it was in 3 accidents...”

At this point it was past closing so I left with the vehicle based on her word, besides it was past closing so... while driving home going up the hill close to my house the vehicle had a hard time switching gears and as soon as I got up the hill it just cut all the way off. It turned the key and restarted and it came back on just fine.

Next day the same thing happened. I called them and they advised me to bring it in the next day but not without attitude on the phone like I was harassing them. The next day (Saturday) I went there early to avoid the crowd, the manager (who spoke little English) and his interpreter gave me attitude stating they are doing me a favor by even listening to my complaint.

After 6 hours, they finally agreed to let me get another vehicle because I had to go out of town for work. I test drove the GMC Acadia which the salesman told me was a 2010, only to find out it was actually 2009 when the paperwork was printed. No biggie... I left out with the Acadia and for the most part it felt like a decent ride, service lights were on but i took it to mechanic had him change the oil and alignment etc which fixed those lights.

The main issue occurred the day after (Sunday) as I was running some errands before heading out of town. As I was turning the corner the steering lost power completely. It was terrifying as my risk snapped and the fear of seeing the on coming traffic coming at top speed. It regained power just in time to get out of the way😩. I thought I better head back home because I didn’t know what caused it. Trying to get home the same thing happened in every corner I tried to turn. Called the dealership they refused to help. Called gmc to see if this issue would be covered they gave me an appointment for today and only to find out that the issue was a known issue by the dealership because they attempted to fix it by putting after market parts on it. Which gmc will NOT honor. In a nutshell they are quoting me an additional almost $4000 to fix it.😢😢 I paid down $2000, pick up payments another $1100 total cost with financing over 17000 for a car that could cost my life. I will be seeking legal action. Hope this...

I bought a jeep here a few months back. The car had a couple issues; needed a transfer case and had water retained inside the drivers floorboard, keeping the carpet soaked. They gave me a “we owe you” and promised to fix the issues. They had my car for almost a week to fix the transfer case. When I picked up my car it still had the same issue and the transfer case had intact not been touched. The water was still retained underneath the car in the floorboard was still soaked. They said they had to order another part that the transfer case they originally put on was bad (it was still the original). Two weeks later after the transfer case came in they finally changed it and fix that issue. The water issue was still not fixed. They said they had forgotten. Needless to say, I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket to fix the water issue and have the mildew removed out of my carpet.

Onto the bigger issue. I paid for an extended (six month) motor and transmission warranty. This was explained to me like this; if something happened with my motor or transmission I would be able to take it to a JEEP DEALERSHIP to get it looked at and my warranty would cover it being fixed by that dealership. I had my car for a couple of months when I called and asked where the paperwork was for my warranty. They told me that it would come in the mail after I made a couple of payments. I made 4, still no paperwork. I noticed a slight slipping with my transmission, so I took my jeep to get it looked at and called to let them know. They told me that they no longer worked with the company they purchased the warranties from and have since refused to proved me with any paperwork on the warranty that I purchased. They told me that if I thought there was an issue with my car, they would look at it and have it fixed by their shop. Their “side shop” that didn’t properly fix my car the first time they had it. I have requested information such as the name and phone number of the owner, with no response. I have requested the information such as the name and number for the warranty company that they were working with at the time I purchased my jeep, with no response. It’s clearly a scam, they do not provide a motor and transmission warranty. They add it to the loan, you pay......
