We were told we needed to leave a free, public, outdoor event with live music, food trucks, and alcohol because we had our dogs with us. They don't allow dogs because "some people don't clean up after them." Well we're responsible dog owners. We always clean up after our dogs. It’s very painful there are ZERO pictures of theNorthwinds on your promos. Performing the July 4th’s concert is very uncomfortable to do. The heat is unbearable. We had to “beg” for a canopy this year. Charging $18.00 a person to get into the gate and you didn’t want us to have a canopy, don’t you feel at least embarrassed for your actions? The dinner was horrible - greasy chicken, potatoes, bread and warm, tasteless cole slaw was disgusting. We are treated with no respect and we feel very used. My orthodontic practice, Sosebee and Britt Orthodontics, recently held a Dentist-Staff appreciation party at the Arts Council facility. The location and the venue could not have been better! We had hoped for good weather to have the party outside, but that didn't work out so well. Luckily, the building was big enough to move everything inside, and we still had a great event. The staff was great to work with, and they helped with the setup and take-down of the tables and chairs. We are looking forward to having our next event here as well. ...
