Just got IHOP to-go. I ordered online and picked up my food about 20 minutes later. The online ordering system was bright and fast and simple to navigate. Have they always done such a great job with takeout or have they just risen to the occasion with COVID? They were awesome! They have some really cool packaging to keep your items hot and fresh and so that the textures don't get messed up by all the food being squished together like it is a traditional to-go box. My "Split Decision" breakfast was in a sturdy, two-tiered container. The turkey sausage and eggs over easy were in the bottom of the bowl and then there was a second level on top that held my pancakes and french toast! Brilliant! They also put two packages of butter right on top of the hot pancakes so when I open them, the butter was all melty and delicious! They were not stingy with extra butter and syrup, which is wonderful because everybody knows that's the best part. Food was warm and delicious! Nothing like an IHOP pancake. Way to go IHOP for rocking the take out experience! Wanted to add, we just went for National Pancake Day and, even on like the busiest day of the year, our server Giselle was so sweet and attentive and our food was awesome. We got the free short stacks of pancakes but also a delicious Colorado omelette full of meats and cheeses and some thick french toast. All was delicious, filling, fabulous! Why don't I come to IHOP more often?!

Drove an hour to get here. Wanted my friend from Sweden to experience some well made pancakes. For the most part the pancakes were ok. However and I know they are not really known for much else the other food left a lot to be desired. Like a Philly cheese steak with no cheese. Luke warm Coco and God awful watered down tea. The waitress was very pleasant and friendly most definitely the highlight of the adventure. Had to speak to a manager about a vague deal they were running where a kid eats free for every adult entree ordered. Turns out drinks are not included in that which wasn't mentioned and the.kids are restricted to the kids menu which also wasn't mentioned. In all honesty that wasn't the problem. The problem came when the burger we ordered was no bigger than the burger off the kids menu yet it was like 7 dollars more. No sir. The manager I will say did fix the ticket and stated that it should never have been rung up that way which I appreciated very much. The wait staff overall was a bit on the silly side. Being very loud clapping and playing to the point where we could not hear each other for a minute or two as we were sitting right in front of them. I'm a little disappointed with IHOP not the experience I wanted my friend to have.

My family and I decided to grab some breakfast there this past Sunday and unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this location. I hate to say that the food was mediocre, They brought us out food except for my husbands plate when they finally brought it out the steak was chewy and overcooked, he wasn’t gonna say anything but since is almost a 20 dollar plate I mentioned to the server, she apologized and said they were gonna cook him another one. 15 minutes later when we all were done eating they brought us back a steak that looked like it was microwaved, super bloody, the exterior was gray it looked like that steak never touched the grill. Again he wasn’t gonna say anything but I pointed it out to our server and she said she was gonna talk to a manager. The manager never came out but the server said they were gonna take 7 dollars off our bill because of it (out of a $110.00 dollar bill) , which honestly at this point we were there waiting for too long that we just wanted to leave. The only good thing we had were the pancakes the rest of the food was mediocre. We will not be going back there.

ALWAYS PACKED IN THE MORNING, BUT GREAT SERVICE; ORDER CARRYOUT BY PHONE,

ASK FOR “SHELL EGGS” FOR SCRAMBLED DISHES OR OMELETS

The service is always great, and the food can be great or okay. The food is definitely not made fresh, but it’s a nice place to eat if you want breakfast at any time of day, or you and your guests want lunch vs breakfast food. Ask for SHELL EGGS if you want scrambled eggs or an omelet, otherwise, an egg mix from a bag is used.

There’s always a wait in the morning, so they definitely need like a 2nd floor or something to keep up with the demand. It would also be helpful if they had a shelf for you to pickup your own carry out orders..sometimes you might be waiting for 10 minutes just to get someone to help you at the counter. The PARKING IS CRAZY PACKED when it’s busy too.

For some reason, ordering on the IHOP APP is very DIFFICULT if you want customized orders! It won’t allow you to make adjustments to your food like you would be able to in person. It’s frustrating. It’s better to call the order in.

The food is pretty consistent, but they really need some DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS like almond milk, dairy-free pancakes. A nice addition would also be a MATCHA Latte or matcha flavored pancakes. I think they’re seasonal options need something more interesting. They’re dinner plates are pretty good, and much better than the pancakes and other breakfast options.

The bathrooms are always clean, and so is the entire place. Although the tables are kind of packed in there. It can feel very overcrowded at times.

Overall, it’s a nice place but the food would be better if it was less pre-packaged items, and it had more variety. Come visit when you have time to wait in the morning, or come later in the afternoon. Hopefully they make some more room for seating and...

This IHOP was bad...and I wasn't expecting much. They prepared my wife's food and then let us know they were out of a KEY element of her breakfast...once the food was delivered to our table. The waitress was thoughtful enough to ask her if she wanted something else, but we had already been waiting on our food for 30 minutes ON TOP of the 20 minutes we waited to be sat. So she decided to just eat it. I got one of the new omlets and everything came out OK but slow like the rest of our food. There was something off at the first bite, I couldn't put my finger on it so tried another bite. I almost gagged! We brought this to our waitresses attention and after she asked a few questions (pancakes were fine, and the add on donut holes were ok) she informed us that she would get my meal taken off the check. My wife and myself assumed we would have a visit from the manager after this many issues, WE NEVER SAW HER! A few minutes go by and the waitress drops off our check. Because I was able to take a single bite of the pancakes and enjoyed the donuts the manager was only able to take off $9 off of a $15 omelet and then another $3 off my wife's meal. Now I wasn't trying to get a free meal, but if there is an issue I do expect it fixed, and it wasn't!!! On the way out I saw the waitress pointing to us and telling the manager we were the ones trying to get a free breakfast!!! I was furious!!! But instead of causing a scene I held my tongue. Needless to say, we will NEVER be going...
