I have been into the value pawn and jewelry three times and all three times the women (Debbie) has an attitude and is very very rude. Went in one day before Halloween and she has on a hijab and was mocking a religion which I thought was very disrespectful. Also while being there the first time she was slandering law enforcement officers about how they don’t know how to do their job. The second time I called before going in there and she answered the phone with an attitude and kept saying “what, what do you want”. As to which I went in and she had an attitude and was rude inside the store as well and I said never mind and left. The third time again she’s there with an attitude and very rude towards the customers coming into value pawn and jewelry. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here unless it’s her day off or she is no longer working there. whoever working the shoes department or buying shoes for them obviously just buys anything. I came in there with some Jordan retro 6’s & let’s be clear they was already verified from stock x .all dummy had to do was scan the barcode and the shoes will pop up.( so he looks at my shoes right and pulls out a black light so he can look like he doing his job . Terrible experience. A nice young man answered the phone when I called to inquired about Nintendo switches so I’m sure not all the employees are as terrible as the cranky old lady that greeted me while I was trying to look at the switches and she started arguing with me about selling the base. She had already just found out that the switch the base goes with initially had been sold so I tried to buy the base off her to which she told me “No this has to be sold with a white switch” which were more expensive. She didn’t want to listen and pulled out the “we are a corporation” card, which I don’t understand why a pawn shop corporation would not be willing to negotiate with their items. Won’t be coming...
