Today I went and pickup some grocery, the 1 lb bag lunch mate honey ham with only 2 weeks before best before date, has the sign said $2.69, I grabbed 3 and got ring $4.49 per bag, had to drive back and ask for correction, the cashier called manager who went and see with me, and claimed that some customer did switch place the price? But that manager did not correct the place and left the wrong price right there and brought me to cashier for refund. I do believe that he the one did that because he didn’t correct the place of that red sale price and it does said honey ham. I got a familiar situation of baked beans can on sale sign $0.99 but got charged $1.99 from here before, too. So I think not all ALDI can be trusted, some managers may be using bate and switch trying to get rid of items that about to be expired or passing best before date. It’s my bad that I was rushing in and out today so I had to drive back. Checking your receipt before leaving is a must. How much customers got tricked today with these ham!!! Ridiculous...
Read moreI placed an order online for curbside pick up. I got a notification stating that my order had been picked up (completed). I went into the store and saw my order sitting on the self. It had my name and the same items I ordered. When I asked foe them the Manager Tanisha told me it wasnt mine, thatbit belinged to someone with the same name. She dais this with out checking an order number or anything. She that my order was cancelled. I went to the car and came right back, two minutes later. The items were no longer on the self. That someone had picked them up. Clearly she was lying. The status in my order is "picked up". Now I have to go through customer service to try to get a refund. She said there was nothing she could do, that I would have to contact Instacart. This makes no sense. The groceries I saw were clearly mine. Clearly simething fishy...

Aldi sold me rotten tomatoes and black, slimy lettuce hidden in sealed bags so I couldn't see the rot.
I'm tired of this, so I made the 10-15 minuted drive to come back and return this slop.
Apparently I'm supposed to get in the NEVER-ENDING cashier line to get a refund.
I've been an Aldi customer for over a decade, but the ongoing decline in quality, coupled with understaffed stores and rude employees has now put the end to that.
I drive past 3 other grocery stores to get here. No more. I know it's "budget" and "value," but it's no value if it takes me 40+ minutes to buy & then return $6 worth...
