I recently dined at this place and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The poor service was immediately noticeable once seated, the waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making the whole dining experience quite unpleasant.

To add to the frustration, the food, which we had such high hopes for, turned out to be overly salty and lacked the promised flavors. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the restaurant's reputation for its cuisine.

What puzzled me the most was the mandatory high tip that was included in the bill. This was despite the fact that the service didn't warrant it. It felt unjustified and only added to the feeling of being taken advantage of.

Overall, I left the restaurant feeling let down and frustrated. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works on improving the quality of both the service and the food. As a paying customer, it's disheartening to leave a dining establishment feeling dissatisfied.

I will say here's one the best places around the area for Peruvian food, the service is good, the portions are great, the flavor in most of the dishes are good too. The price are fair but what I noticed lately, especially, the last time is tax and gratuity are kind of high, I can say like 30% of what you consumed, I noticed something before but didn't pay too much attention, until my last visit. It was sort of easy to figure it out, because my bill was almost $50.00 and I ended up paying $65 with some coins. When I asked​ about how much the gratuity is, the server said it's 16% of what I consumed and my understanding is that in Maryland, the tax is 6%. So when I told to the waitress about it, she told me, the register machine was set to that and she couldn't fix it, so I had to pay $65. She was courteous but unable to resolve the matter.
