I do not recommend purchasing flowers from this establishment at all. It is a real shame, I wanted to support a local shop. I bought flowers that were supposed to be delivered the 3rd, however it did say it was possible it wouldn’t arrive same day. Fine, well then it should be delivered the next available day. I called on the 4th and left a voicemail and didn’t receive a call back. Now two days later I have called multiple times. The first call he didn’t seem to have knowledge of the order and said he would check and call back. He never called back. I have it 4 hours and called back, he then asked if i was sure I hadn’t been delivered. I am at home, there are no flowers to be seen. Again he said he would call me back after talking to the delivery driver. He never called back. I would like to add that he stopped answering calls from my number but answered when I called from my land line. I gave it another 2 hours and my husband called trying to resolve the issue. Again the man said he would call the delivery guy and call back, at this point we feel we are getting the run around and he has no intention of delivering the flowers. My husband asked for the order to be cancelled, we shall see if he follows through with cancelling the order like he said he would on the call. In my opinion ONLY, this is a SCAM business.

It has a professionally designed website and lots of favorable reviews BUT, the business does not appear to EXIST.

The business address is a vacant open-air type market that is FOR RENT.

The phones are never answered; ALWAYS forwarded to a Voice Mail system that says it is FULL, not receiving any messages.

The website orders that one may place are processed by a national sales agent "Flowershopnetwork.com" that apparently takes orders and sends them to someone who is masquerading behind the website.

Any and all of the favorable reviews within this forum cannot be true for I have firsthand experience with the company and its sales agent AND, I visited the alleged store, A VACANT LOT with an OPEN AIR shed.

Unfortunately, I ordered flowers for a special occasion from this outfit and yes.... they were never delivered, phone contact was always impossible, there was no store when I went to visit it AND, after texting the owners or fraudsters behind the operation, they never responded.

I FIRMLY recommend that NO ONE take a chance on ordering ANYTHING...

I ordered a plant dish garden for my mom's birthday on September 29th. I requested it be delivered between 11:00 a.m. and 12 noon the following day and nothing was delivered until around 3:00. I was out with my mom at the time of the delivery but someone was waiting for the dish garden at her house. My mom did not receive the dish garden but instead received a big pot of mums. Nothing like what I ordered or had intended for her. After I called to try and right this wrong, I was told they didn't have the dish garden, so sent this instead. No one called me to indicate this was the situation and therefore, did not give me the opportunity to choose something else for her or to let them know I did not want my mom to have a big pot of mums. I was told their policy is to call the customer but somehow this didn't happen. At this point, he offered to waive the $12.00 delivery fee which I agreed to and thanked him for. At the writing of this review, the credit has not shown up on my account and it's been two weeks. When/if this amount appears on my account, I will update...
