WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!!! PARA MI GENTE QUE LE GUSTA EL ORO NO COMPREN AQUI! ROBAN EL DINERO Y NO AYUDAN A SUS CLIENTES!!!!! I bought these 01/10/2025 as a gift for my mom and she finally put them on. After not even one hour of wearing them the little diamonds started to fall out WHILE WEARING THEM. My friend had a similar experience so this is obviously a pattern after reading some reviews as well. These were so easy to click on and when she took them off after we noticed the diamonds got caught in her shirt! the left one came out bent and they blamed us by saying it was bent by force. They denied to call their manager while I was in store. I found Naomi’s number (their manager) and called her myself. Upon answering right away despite she’s on vacation which is why they refused to call her, Her solution after me not even owning these earrings for 11 days never worn not ONCE until today and not even an hour is that I pay to get them fixed. I went to THE RADIANT JEWELS IN GAITHERSBURG INSTEAD and sold the earrings there and bought from them. They’re excellent customer service and their professionalism will forever be appreciated. Joyería Crystal are liars and thieves.They will talk to you disrespectful and condescending and smirk while you’re talking about your bad experience with them. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy here. They called me several hours after I already bought elsewhere to try and “fix” things because i’m sure the MANAGER “THAT DOESN’T ANSWER THE PHONE AND IS NEVER THERE” (their employees exact words) reached out to them and had them call me. I bought two pieces of silver in November, a Cuban link bracelet and a ring. I like to support small businesses whenever I can. The bracelet's clasp broke within one week of owning it. In returning to the store to fix the bracelet, I was told I had to pay for the repair.

I wore the bracelet for less than a week and they want to charge me to repair it.

I will not shop here again and encourage you to consider if buying from a store that doesn't repair its own jewelry is worth...

I have bought jewellery from here but when a 398 ring gets damaged in 2 weeks and tgey cant do anything about it nopppp not eber ever going here again and i dnt think its even real so think about it before going here its not good at all ellos...
