I walked in and was welcomed by an employee named Gina. She showed me all the options, and let me decide. She did not try to sway me in any particular direction. Although i did opt for the more expensive mattress, she worked hard to get me a deal that made the mattress a steal! She was really good with my 2 kids, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for my kids coming in with me.
