Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gallipolis

The kiosks for ordering are super easy and convenient; I highly recommend them. You can browse by category, swap and modify items, view in vegan mode, even pay right there. Worked like a charm.

They may want to come up with a better plan for staging orders at this location, though. The poor front counter girl didn't know what was what and tried to give us the wrong order and keep my drinks because she didn't know what we were picking up. She needed to call out the order name and see who came up, not the other way around (she didn't say one word to us until she just tried to hand us a bag. She could potentially hand a customer with a 7$ tab 30$ worth of food.)

Plus if she had been dealing with multiple door dash and mobile orders while simultaneously serving a lunch rush of inside orders I don't know how she would might have managed it or where she would put it all. I don't know if they have some space somewhere for a set of shelves for that, but they might consider something like that and a more organized ticket system or such.

The food was fine; only complaint there is the tortillas were a bit hard from being left out, but the rest was good and exactly what we came for. They didn't even miss or mess up specialized items in our order (about a dozen items.) Very good job, I've had other places nearby repeatedly mess up 2-4 item orders!

Lastly the dining room could have used some tlc: dirty, sticky tables, condiment stand pretty messed up and the drink station was a shambles.

My experience with this drive thru is regularly negative. If you want FAST food, avoid this place.

Tonight it took nearly 5 minutes for someone simply to greet me at the speaker. The speaker's screen was not on, so the whole time I'm sitting there, I'm wondering if I'm supposed to pull forward and order at the window because maybe their ordering communication unit is broken. But nope, just took forever. I literally ordered $3 of food (3 dollar menu items). It took 25+ minutes for them to make those 3 items. I was in line behind ONE truck (they were waiting for their food at the window) for over 15 minutes. When it was my turn, they let me know they were out of shredded chicken and they could sub chunk chicken. That was fine with me. But I assumed that meant they had not started cooking my food yet. Pretty sure I was right... I sat at the window for at least 10 minutes waiting on my food.

The people here have always been friendly, but the wait time is just so so horrible. I could have driven home to Middleport and gone through Pomeroy Taco Bell in almost the same amount of time.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had . Just left there at 7:08pm and “manager” or lady working the drive thru took my order. I ordered a coke through the drive through she replied is Pepsi okay ? I sure sure ! Came around the the window and didn’t give me my Pepsi. So I asked for my drink she said “I didnt ring you up for one” I said okay and gave her my card. She said I can’t ring you up at the window you have to get back into line. (Meanwhile the line was huge) I said no that you ever repeated back you didn’t have coke so I asked for Pepsi . She said well that was not me .... for one she lied , same voice , same girl in the window . Anyways she would not let me buy my drink said I can come inside or get back in line . I asked her name she slammed the window in my face !! I’ve never been so angry. And I intend on calling everyday until I get a manager to make sure this doesn’t happen to...
