Fuji Express — Restaurant in Gallipolis

I left my cell phone right on the counter where you check out, when picking up a take out order. After leaving and realizing I left my phone. I used my husband's phone to call Fuji and have them look for my phone. The lady said let me go and check and then told me my phone wasn't there. I told them it had to be it was literally just a couple minutes since I left. The lady was very rude but said she would call if it was found. I then decided to track my phone and it showed it was @ Fuji. I turned around went back to the restaurant, walked in and my phone was laying right in open sight on the counter/table where you check out. There is no way it could have been missed if the lady actually looked for it like she said. She was very rude and not helpful what so ever. Customer service is definitely lacking with that lady. She typically isn't the one who works the register and it shows! She should probably work on her customer service skills! At about 4:20 pm I placed an online order for pick up at 06:00 pm. The website did not allow me to choose a pickup time so in the special instructions column I typed in “for 06:00 pm pickup). We picked our order up at 06:05 pm and was told it was not hot anymore because it had sat there ready since about 04:30 pm. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told by management that they are too busy to read the special instructions and orders should be called in on the phone to specify a pickup time. This place has went down hill. The food is bland. The owner is rude and short with people. The yum yum sauce is watered down to where it’s more like a soup. I ordered chicken teriyaki and after returning home with my order I realized that they had forgotten to give me chicken. I then called the restaurant and was told that they would not have forgotten the chicken and she asked me how she was supposed to believe me. I had a 40$ order that night.
