I keep trying to give this place chance after chance, but I'm officially done. Every time we go here it's either a ridiculously messed up order or an enormous wait time in the drive thru (waited 45 minutes a few minths ago when we were the 3rd car from the speaker when we got in line. They don't know what they're doing.) Tonight we went in and ask for an oreo blizzard with blue cookie crunch cone dip added. We do this all the time with regular cone dip. The guy at the speaker says "no, you can't do that. We can't put it in blizzards because we're trying to save the cone dip for free cone day on March 20." Sooo.... I can't pay you to enjoy something because you want to give it away in 3 weeks? Fine. Weird, but whatever. My daughter really wants to try it, so instead I'll just get her regular ice cream. I'm driving and she's 10 minutes away, so a cone won't work. I say "I'll just take a cup of vanilla with the blue cookie cone dip then please." "Nope. ☠️ The only way I can sell that is on a dipped cone." WHAT??? A cup of ice cream is the same exact thing - I just don't want the cone. I have never seen such weird gate-keeping of an ingredient in my life. Every other DQ is serving up amazing products with this ingredient, and you have it but refuse to sell it?
There is no doubt in my mind that this place ONLY stays in business because there's so few options in town. We won't be giving them any more...
Read moreIf I could leave a -5 star I would. This place first of all did not have fountain drinks. The machine was down, but they still charged us for the drinks. They said that they could replace the fountain drink with milk or water. That is not a proper substitution. Secondly we ordered a combo Meal with onion rings and they gave us French fries. When telling them that we didn’t get the rings they said that they didn’t hear us and wanted to charge us more for them. Even though we ordered the combo. Why did they give us fries when we didn’t ask for fries? They argued with us and the three girls were very rude. They slammed the window door in our faces. They continued to argue. The only thing we asked for was the proper order. Not sure why we still ended up having to pay extra for onion rings when we already paid for them when we ordered the combo.
Disgusting behavior and attitude. They should be ashamed they treat...
Read moreUnsure why this is an ongoing thing. No matter how many times my mom tells this location exactly what she wants, even writes it down, her order comes out wrong. All my mom orders is the $7 combo, add onion and mayo. Just about every time she goes into she orders this, everytime it's not right. She even wrote it out today for them and told them exactly what she wanted on her burger and that it's always wrong (politely) in hopes of fixing the miscommunication. They passed the note around as if its rocket science to add onion and mayo to a burger. She made a list of everything she wanted on this burger and it was still wrong. I'm not sure where the disconnect is here or why there can't be some form of consistently. Is she ordering it wrong? My mom loves Dairy Queen. I told her to drive out of her way to go to the one...
