Burger King — Restaurant in Gallipolis

We placed 2 #5 meals and we got 2 whoppers i said we ordered #5 and Chester said with a arrogant voice he will not argue with me and I had not said anything that would make him think I wanted to argue , So I ask the young lady serving food if she was management she said yes while the whole time Chester was right behind her listening to our conversation so I said I was trying to talk in private , she told me Chester was the store manager WOW!!!! I ask Chester to please show me a receipt where he put the money back on the credit card which was# order 41 .eighteen dollars and forty three cent and I don't see where it was put back on my mom's credit card.... Well the next thing I know Chester brought a receipt out to us saying he paid for it , I said thank you and I also apologized even though he was the one that should be apologizing but he didn't so, I think he needs some more Burger King schooling . If that's the way a store manager acts then what can you expect the employees to act... Thank you very much p.s. the whole time we were on dining room Chester was on his phone...

I went there last night 6/16/22 at 9pm and ordered a milkshake, the woman taking my order said the milkshake machine is turned off and immediately a man got on and said very rudely "we close at 10". I was thinking well it's not 10 yet but ok... then proceeded to ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, which she said they were out of. I ended up with 2 Hershey pies and a Cheeseburger for my husband and nothing for me. Very frustrating considering it was obvious they just didn't want to be bothered with any cooking that took any amount of...

I would be embarrassed to hand someone the food I was handed in the drive thro around 9pm. I asked if the fries were fresh while placing my order. I was assured they were. 1st thing I did was check the food when it was handed to me... the fries felt like they weren't even setting in the warmer. Paid for extra lettuce on 1 of the sandwichs, wich had no lettuce at all. At that point I just said f it. An drove off. sandwich, get it. Ppl are over worked an under paid and understaffed.
