LOVE THIS COMPANY! From the first call I made, I spoke with Will who was professional, knowledgeable, transparent and patient. Quite a few calls to Will but he was always patient and took his time to explain things to me clearly, making sure that I understood processes, time schedules, and prices. Steve came out and assessed what I needed done for my above-ground pool and gave me great reassurance that my issues were not beyond their expertise. His partner Shawn was very pleasant, professional and thorough as well. My pool had to be emptied, the ground needed to be leveled, I needed a new liner, and winterization (as well as education and information throughout it all). My new liner is gorgeous!! Better than my original. My pool is level. The structure is secure and I am very pleased with the outcome. The team walked me through the entire process and made sure that I was satisfied with their service and communicated everything through calls and emails. Noel and Will were great with all follow ups which included responses to questions, invoices, and photos of before and after services. Matthew and Ryan were awesome as well as they finished up the process with winterization. I was so pleased and thrilled that I sat on the deck in my favorite rocker while they closed up the pool for the season, listening to some of my favorite tunes, smiling and thanking God for professional, competent, skilled and trustworthy contractors!
